No respect for you or your space. Worst place to live. They don't care about you. Just a horrible decision to live here

This place is so rundown and overpriced. So many hazardous violations. Raccoons running wild in the ceiling through the walls and stray cats everywhere, alarm goes off randomly in all hours. Office and maintenance staff don't care about fixing anything but they love to collect their rent. Carpets are so dirty and infested with bugs, flees due to dirty people who can't even afford having pets. Parking is a mess, people live in a one bedroom apartment but have two big white vans and a blue svu all three cars with NY lisence plates. So good luck finding a parking spot coming home late at night from work. No one should be occupying 3 parking spots with their cars. They need start putting apartment numbers in those parking space to avoid this mess.

Can't wait to move out!

They just came into my home without my permission while I wasn't home. I'm furious.

Edited. They came in today again while me n my kids were there n when I told management about it, they told me to do something about it n while I'm at it to go get a house. This is the most unprofessional place I've ever dealt with n I came from the ghetto. That should say alot. I wish I could give negative stars. If anyone reads this head my warnings. DONT COME HERE!

I lived here in '03-'04 and I can say it seems things sound worse than when I was there. First off I have a feeling that they try to segregate people. My girlfriend and I worked different schedules so for our tour she wasn't there only me. It was midday so kids were at school and most adults working so it was somewhat empty, besides a few stragglers. I was shown the "show apartment" it looked OK I didn't see any type of infestation took some pics then later on showed my girl. Then when it was time to choose an actual apartment and sign the lease I wasn't available so my girl showed up alone. This is where I feel they try and segregate you. She's light skin & Hispanic while I'm Fairly darker skin & Asiatic (black). She met with a different agent, who was also Hispanic, and toured a completely different area of the complex. She took her to the back first (southern side) and showed an apartment there in which my girl says she doesn't want because there's a wooded area directly in front. The woman replies that she doesn't have to worry because there's always someone, specifically "hermanos" outside. So they go to the next apartment which is inside of the courtyard, which she decides to take. If I'm not mistaken my apt.number was 4-16 or 4-20. When we both come to give the deposit and finalize the lease there was the woman that helped my girl and another woman that we had never seen. So my girl stepped in first then I did like 2mins later. She was speaking to the women we hadn't dealt with and the one that took her on tour asked could she help me. My girl replied he's with me. I saw that lady's face go white as if she had seen a ghost. Then she asked was my girl sure she still wanted that same apartment because there was one she thought would be better for "us". Now the moving process happens. Some idiotic a- hole decides to fix a rc gas car near my entrance and spills gas there as we're moving in. I've read a lot of responses about how maintenance moves slow this time not so when I went into the office and said what happened a worker came with me there and cleaned it with sawdust then put a tarp over it. (This is the only reason they got 2 instead of one) After moving in I'm putting things away in the lower kitchen cabinets and I see writing inside. At first I thought it was kids scribbling until I read it. It was racist terminology directed every which way whoever wrote this seemed to hate everyone. That was nothing some sandpaper and paint couldn't fix. Didn't sweat that too much. I had noticed the pool on my tour which was somewhat appealing to me because I like to swim until I saw what I saw. I was walking to the 7-Eleven and I cut through the fence to go across street Road. In less than 5 minutes on my way back I heard someone in the pool so I looked in that direction and saw a man in his boxer shorts with a bar of soap washing his clothes and also himself. That killed any swimming I would've done there. Someone stated their ac unit had a birds nest in it I can attest to this because mine did as well. As far as inside infestations go we didn't have any besides some ants by the door that got sprayed and dealt with easily. As for outside its another story. Raccoons, opossums, and skunks ruled the nights by the garbage dumpsters so much so as if my girl worked late I would meet her at her car to walk her home. So one Saturday afternoon I am playing PlayStation while my girl is at work to kill time and I open my window to get air. There was a very strong odor of skunk spray so I just took it as maybe one just sprayed and close the window. After playing PlayStation 4 about another hour I figured that the smell would have passed so I opened my window. Yet the smell hadn't gone anywhere it seemed to have gotten worse. I look out my window and I see a skunk in front of my door in the walkway having seizures and repetitively releasing spray. I contact the office and tell them and they say they cannot do anything. My next call is to the police department who transfer me over to animal control. Continues in reply
