I have never had a good experience buying a car until we found Bud Baer! Bob Sekora was great! He helped us hook up our electronics, get my insurance changed and explained all the bells and whistles of our new Acadia. Ray, the person that finished our paperwork was friendly and quick! My experience at Budd Baer as always was excellent. The employees that I encountered from initial phone call to total completion of the job was excellent. The facilities are spotless which compliments their service.

Dealership had a same day appointment available. Dropped the truck off, was told they would call me with a diagnosis, which never did happen, but they did call and notice the inspection was up the following month and added that service, which saved me a trip. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable. Free drink was a nice touch, although having a money cup inside the cooler for the employees was a little much, I'm ok with a cup, but maybe have it somewhere the customer can't see it. None of the employee acknowledged me waiting as they walked in and out of the office. The service staff was friendly. To be clear this was a very positive experience for me, but the suggestions are understanding there are ways to make it better for a different customer who may be waiting. Will be back for my next service.

I brought my vehicles numerous into your dealership to use the auto Butler.but every time they seem to not be able to do my wheels. I don’t understand.

The computers were having technical issues that day but Ray & Carlo were very apologetic & compensated us for the delays. Great customer service.

I had my 2019 GMC Sierra serviced, tires rotated and Auto Butler treatment done. Vehicle was in and done by 8: 45 AM. Excellent service center and pleasant people to deal with.

Was told free oil changes for ownership of car. Was told at my second oil change only the first one is free. Have butler package and car is still dirty with dust on window inside, smudge still on rearview mirror and the tire rims are all dirty. Could have done better with a quick gas station wash.
