*BEWARE! I purchased 2 covers from this company for lounge chairs on Ebay just about 2 months ago and they are both defective already! Dry and peeling and falling apart! I messaged them, but have not heard back, and since it was past the time to leave a review, and I didn't hear back, I am leaving a review here! The Ad said "Quality" well, I disagree! I would like a refund or at least replacements!

I have been trying to contact Budge Industries for a week now through phone, email, and chat. I ordered a boat cover and was charged. At purchase a message displayed stating that I would get an email confirming my order. No email was received, but my credit card was charged immediately. I have no idea what is going on with my purchase! If I could leave NO stars I would! Horrible experience!

Tried to call and emailed several times for over 2 weeks and no response or tracking #. Shop elsewhere!

This never told me that I would have to pay for the return and I've tried to get in touch with them several times and which point they told me that is my responsibility to pay for the return because I'm not using their product Therefore it does not pay to order from them this tap as well under trained and you can get a return label and you have just and wall money and it takes them at over a week to give you a refund this is not a company you wanna do business with if you have a boat shrink rapid if you have a car look for someone else to I am as I

I purchased patio furniture cover and spa cover just 1 year ago. The "water proof" spa cover leaks.
We loved the patio cover because one cover could be used to cover 4 chairs and a 48" round table. So much better than a cover for the table + 4 covers for the chairs. But after just 1 year, the bottom side of the cover is flaking, making a mess on the table and chairs! The bottom side of the cover is all cracked and disintegrating.
Really too bad because these covers are thick and seemed to be well made.
I will be contacting Budge Industries regarding their warranty but after reading other complaints, I do not have much hope.

8/3/2018: This is an update to my previous review a year ago. I did return the covers to Budge. I procrastinated and waited a year, almost to the end of the 2 year warranty. Budge accepted the covers without question and returned brand new covers. My only charge was the UPS shipping bill to them. So they did honor the warranty. Hopefully the new covers will stand up better than the 1st set.

Someone fraudulently placed an order for two boat covers. I tried multiple times to contact them and I keep getting a message. When I did finally reach their return department, I was informed that they would send me a return label. It has been several days and I still have yet to get a return label.
