Technicians arrived on time. Installation was smooth and quick. Blonds look great. They do not impair our view when all the way up. The header is only about 3 inches and blends nicely. Skyler, the salesman was easy to work with. Best part of all, the blinds are motorized.

Go no where else for blinds! Skyler is exemplary at what he does & cares most about customer satisfaction.
When your window is taller than normal do not skimp! Get remote operated ones. They are fabulous!

I LOVE my BUDGET BLINDS

When I asked specifics, specifically do I have my blinds darkened in the bedroom the girls suggested S blinds which I knew were not going to black out the window in the bedroom she insisted I paid for the blinds. Of course they did not work. I never got my money back no apology nothing I would never recommend this company. I have had business with them before. I was da Satisfied but my bedroom blinds I had to throw them away cost me over $500 thrown away, didn’t darken my windows would never use this company again I have no photos simply because I threw them away. They were so terrible and they did not dark in the windows, which is what I insisted. I want it in my bedroom.

The sales lady was great. She messed up my order, but fixed it quickly when I pointed it out. The installer was efficient and polite.

Unfortunately, the installer left quite a bit of trash, including a dozen screws, on the ground. He knew I had pets so his complete disregard for their safety is disappointing. Especially since I saw him walking around with a trash bag, picking stuff up.
My dog found plastic on the ground just a few hours after the installation. I hope she didn’t swallow an unsafe amount.

We couldn’t have had a better experience. From the start Kristie was phenomenal to work with, answered all of my questions and was so knowledgeable. Our installer Trey was punctual, so incredibly kind and did an awesome job! We would recommend them to anyone!

I had no help with window shades at a big box store. I didn't know enough to order online and we needed someone to install. Our window is 8 feet long.
We were so happy to find a window shade store close to us in Monaca, PA.
Shirell was very pleasant to work with. She showed us different styles. We made arrangements for a home visit. Kristie came the next day. Showed me the different light filtering shades and gave me great advise based on what I needed the shade for. Even though it was a custom shade (because of the size), it came in and was installed just 4 weeks after ordering. The installers were friendly and had me raise and lower it to make sure I felt comfortable with it. Plus, they told us they'd be back in a year to inspect the shade and how it's working.
I'm having no problems with the operation of the shade. Kristie's advise was spot on. It does exactly what I needed it to do.

I had a TREMENDOUSLY wonderful experience with Budget Blinds in Monaca. Kristy Hallisey spent a ton of time with my wife and I, ensuring that we made the right decisions on our blinds. She visited the house and brought samples to help assist with everything.

Once the selections were made (after my wife changed her mind once or twice.lol), we placed the order and hoped that they would be in before Thanksgiving.

To my surprise, they came in at the end of October and they were installed today. Skyler and Trey did an amazingly fast job. I don't think I have ever seen two people work more like a well oiled machine.

I had more than 25 windows. The appointment was from 830 this morning until 330. They were done by noon.

The professionalism was tip top from the start and they finished strong.

Don't pass these guys up. Do yourself a favor.bypass the big box stores like Lowes and Home Depot. It was done faster than they can offer and installation was perfect.
