Budget Blinds of Lancaster, New Holland and Lititz

They were very professional. The blinds came in stock quicky and then installed in less than an hour. The blinds look great and are easy to operate.

Our experience with Budget Blinds was very good. The designer that came out of the house was very knowledgeable. Their showroom on Fruitville Pike is very nice. The project was installed in a timely fashion. And the product works and looks great.we are very happy.

Very professional job. The person that came to measure and show us samples of all of our choices was great. The installer discovered a problem with the way we planned to do the installation but he was able to determine a workaround that in hindsight was an even better solution. I would use this company again.

We worked with Christine Reidenbaugh who was helpful and professional as was the installation team. In consultation with Christine, we carefully selected a shade for our plantation shutters to match our window frames. However, we don’t believe the ones that were delivered/installed were in the shade we chose - they are obviously not a good match with the window frames. We were satisfied with Budget Blinds in other respects but the shade mismatch is very disappointing. Again, we don’t believe that was either Christine’s or our fault but suspect instead it was a mistake made in processing the order.

From my original meeting with Christine to the installation with Justin and Cole, my experience was great. Christine gave me plenty of options and helped me make the best choices for my style and budget. Justin and Cole were wonderful and so accommodating. Everything went just as planned and I would highly recommend Budget Blinds to anyone!

We ordered blinds for 11 windows. Cassie was so easy to work with, and very knowledgable. The blinds have transformed the house so beautifully. The ambient light through the blinds is relaxing, and provides privacy. The order delivery was quick, and Aaron did an amazing job installing everything. Very neat and quick, too! We are totally satisfied, and would highly recommend this company.

Drapes are very nice and I am well pleased with them including the color that matches perfectly. But Jennifer needs to be trained in how to be more personal with customers. Plus I had to ask for a new bill since I decided to eliminate the valances.

First class from start to finish! Christene was great when measuring and picking colors. Greg was great following up when we had issues with damage. He was able to get the replacements in fast and got me on the schedule fast to get them installed. They look phenomenal and the quality of the product is exceptional! I would recommend Budget Blinds for all of your window covering needs.
