Budget Car Rental, Philadelphia PA

The car was not as clean as it could have been. The cigarette lighters were not working so I had to spend additional money to maintain a charge on my phone for the entire rental period.

Customer service is the best and they made sure I received the exact vehicle that I asked for at a very reasonable cost.

I got the rental car and I drove it maybe a couple hours and then the tire pressure sensor came on and I didn't want to drive it anywhere else because i didn't want to get a flat tire the rental car location was closed so I did not really drive my rental and it was a waste of a rental car

They didn't change the oil. Change oil light came on during my trip. No one was available to change the oil on my entire trip at none of their facilities. I had to drive all the way back home not knowing if the rental would make it back safely or not thus potentially putting my family in jeapordy.

Rental hours limited with covid, they have after hours return available, park in the return area and then drop the key off in the rental car office which is open 24/7. They now have plastic barriers up for covid. Pick up the car by going down the escalator right outside the rental car office.

Car was fuel efficient, handled beautifully, and clean inside. A 10 rating would have applied had we not hit a snag after reserving a vehicle online. Upon pickup, we were stunned to learn our debit card was not sufficient for the final transaction. Pressed to cancel due to pending hotel reservations, we were somehow, frustratingly approved. Please fix the web page offer to those who do not hold credit cards, but only debit cards. It will save frustration at pickup.

Car was dirty and tires were bald. Worst experience ever with budget. Car had over 40,000 miles it was like rent a wreck.

Literally stood here waiting for 30 minutes and there was no one at the rental counter. I called them and they put me on hold for 10 minutes and then said they didn't know what to do. Don't get sucked in by their low rates. They're cheap because they suck. Pay a few more bucks and go to one of the other 4 agencies in 30th St Station.

I enjoyed the actual car but the back lights didn't come on automatically so I got pulled over three times by police also I needed help from Customer service when I locked the keys in the car and was "disconnected" two times and they claimed that there was no spare key.

Friendly and easy to communicate with. We made a reservation online, and then pickup formalities only took a few minutes. On a Friday morning there was a 5min wait in line, not too bad. We found the car in good condition, and more spacious than we expected. If you have questions, it's better to call the number of this office, rather than the company-wide customer service number. They answer faster and there are no menus to navigate.

Horrible service! Representative at the counter was completely unprofessional the entire time, even went as far as to share my personal information with neighboring rental companies at this location! He was very nonchalant and reluctant to cooperate with me and provide actual insightful information the entire time! Horrible, would not recommend this location to anyone!

Terrible service. When I picked up the car the rental attendant tried to pressure me into taking insurance which I didn't need. Then when I returned the car there was nobody around and I had to waste my time waiting for the attendant to return. Clearly a lack of interest in obtaining repeat customers here.

I had a great experience with them and got a discount on top of that, I rented a CTS Cadillac 2016 for my niece prom. That car caught all eyes. I will rent from them again

This may be the fourth time I've rented from Budget. Never had a problem. Good customer service. Changed my drop off time three times without a problem. The car was nice and clean.

This place is horrible. Told us we could drop a car off after hours at a specific location, but then nobody was there at the after hours drop off location they had told us to put the car at, and there was no drop box. We called customer service, where a girl told us she couldn't help us. We were completely helpless. Stay away from this place.
