Young lady behind the counter very nice and respectful. She helped me while helping three other people at once. People need to understand that because you are a customer does not mean the young lady behind counter is obligated to do your job for you. I literally watched a gentleman ask her why she could not fill out his lease for him. Although I did not actually end up renting a storage unit she drove me to each locations in her vehicle considering I rode a bike. Very very great help and we’ll return when something becomes available

Been storing my stuff here for 3 years. I love the area and pricing. The only off thing is.usually have good people behind the counter. I do not know whose there now, but I would like the people from 3 years ago to definitely return.

I called the office to ask for the gate code for my storage unit, since I couldn't remember it. The woman that answered the phone was instantly rude. She said "it's the same number listed on your contract it hasn't changed". I let her know it had been years since I signed the contract and I could not remember it. I gave her all necessary info to prove it was my storage unit and still she refused. I then went in to the office and she was just as rude in person. She said if anyone else had been there they would not have given me the code. This is terrible customer service. She needs to understand that without customers, she would not have a job. She represented her place of work very poorly. If I were the owner of this establishment I would not want her representing my company and treating my customers like that. This is by far the rudest person I have encountered in quite some time.

The worker named SueAnn is an amazing friendly always welcoming and a great communicator.
