Buffalo Wild Wings, Mechanicsburg PA

Our Dinner was Delicious, all the employees we saw where very pleasant, restaurant very clean. We had a very nice time.

Place is horrible I got severe asthma and they refused me service cause I didn’t have a mask and made us leave

Our experience was absolutely horrible! We waited for 15 minutes and never got greeted. After 15 minutes, we finally were greeted and ordered (2) beers and food at the same time. After another 15 minutes we finally received our beers without beverages napkins or straws. My husband proceeded to drink his beer and didn’t get asked for a refill the entire dinner wait. We proceeded to wait another 30 minutes for our food and asked to speak with the manager whom came to the table to mitigate the issue; she then proceeded to explain that they were short staffed and that the server was new (mind you it was boneless wing night), and that our food was going to be on a wait. Our server finally brought our food to the table after 5 minutes of speaking with the manager and it was wrong (I ordered a Buffalo ranch chicken sandwich and was brought a Buffalo ranch wrap, which I don’t eat; not to mention, my husband ordered a Cesar salad for his side and was brought a Cesar salad with tomatoes; which I’ve never heard of). I would highly recommend going to the BWWs in Williamsburg, VA versus Mechanicsville, VA because this was our worst and last experience there.

The hatch queso and tortilla chips were ok. But I ordered a side garden salad with grilled chicken and server gave me chicken Ceasar salad it was really saddest salad I've ever seen. I won't be back.

Received my 10 wings 25 minutes after my son received his. Didn't even bring out the fries awhile so there was at least something to eat while watching him eat his entire meal (with a mixture of guilt and and angst on his face, despite my assurances).
I'm no expert in service, but I think we can do better BWW.

I like Buffalo Wild Wings a lot. But this location has serious issues going on.

1. Staff is rude
2. Tues/Thrs BOGO offers generally don’t appy for to go service during this covid. Its like they are forcing us to eat dine in, which brings me to thrid concern
3. Place had only one server on Tuesday 18th may and 45 min wait time for an half occupied restaurant.
4. Sometimes when we get lucky for to go wings bogo, they are not properly sauced up and sometimes asking for extra sauce is also not appreciated by local staff.

The buffalo wild wing should do audits to see if standards are being met or not.

My server Ben was absolutely amazing! The restaurant was clean. The food hot and fresh. The beer was yummie cold. It wasn't too crowded, so I did some work on my iPad in my booth. Ben kept a check on me, but never hovered too much. If you go to this location ask for Ben's section. He is soft on the eyes too. LOL! Seriously a very pleasant young man, gracious, friendly, knew the menu up and back, made me feel welcomed and valued as a person, not just a customer in a booth. He deserves a raise for sure!

Ben is a great guy. Cold beer, the new Mango beer is a hot for sure. Always clean and pleasant place to hang for good food. Ask for Ben's section, top well, he deserves it. Awesome job, I will be back when I travel through. The manager is awesome too, I forgot her name, but she is really amazing!

We got sitted.no one said anything.we sat.and sat.finally my friend got up and asked where our waitress was.finally a girl gets us water.and we waited again.finally someone told my friend computers were down.anyhow very bad service.my salad was not fresh.only ate half my meal.will not go back.

As far as one of many sports bar and grills and the BWW chain goes.this is s good one. Food has been consistently good at every visit. Their mozzarella sticks far better than most, definitely recommend them. The boneless wings are also consistently good - I think they have the best version of the mango habanero flavor compared to anywhere else.

Went to dine in, EMPTY dinning room. I was refused because of not having a mask, I expressed I had a health condition and they still denied me. I proceeded to pull my cloth coat over my face and was told that was not accepted, but a cloth mask is acceptable.was told to do curbside or find somewhere else to dine.just lost 2 customers!

Food was cold, service was slow. Waiter was forgetful, it was just overall a bad decision to eat here.
