Buffalo Wild Wings, Scranton PA

I have had some very hot and cold experiences, for a while it was the worst service in the area but as of my last visit the service was very good. Will update over time

Long waiting for not only to be seated but to place your order and to have it come to the table as well. Really not worth it if you are starving.

It used to be one of my go to places, I think that was my last visit. Last couple times it hasn't been good. Chicken dry, overcooked

What about the 2 words parmesan and garlic means hot or spicy? The wings were unbearable to eat I could not even eat them they were too hot and a left a greasy feeling in my stomach so it tasted like I was eating a pound of putting it was a heavy weight in my stomach. The French fries were smalle and stringy and when I asked for cheese sauce for them they sprinkle cheese on them and microwave them so it was terrible

We have eaten there a couple of time. The service is always great and so is the food! On Tuesday's the boneless wings are but one get one free

Burger and pulled pork tacos were way over cooked then reheated, frys were old. Waitress was in a huge hurry the whole time. Asst Manager was nice and took care of part of the bill but it didn't make up for the wasted night.

Food and beer are good. Service not so much. My food sat at the bar for 20 minutes while the bar tender talked with a co worker during that time. Same with getting a new drink. First and last time!

Depends what time of the day, and what day of the week your here, the kinda service your gonna get. Food always good though

This restaurant is terrible. My wife asked for no lettuce on the buffalo chicken wrap and it came out with lettuce. After that was fixed, when we got the bill it was charged both times. That had to be corrected too. I also was served the lagunitas beer in a smaller sized glass than advertised in the menu. The food took way to long to arrive and it tasted liked it came out of a microwave.

Over sauced, dried out wings, and over battered boneless wings. Not bad but certainly not good. You go for the sports and in this case, the location in the mall.

Had a wonderful experience with food and the service that was given by the Malcom, one of the coolest and experience dude on the floor. Had a very powerful knowledge os serving customer and his suggestions were outstanding. Food was awesome and it was my 1st time and I enjoyed it. I would suggest others to go and take a experience and ask for Malcom as your server.

This place is hit and miss. Sometimes it is really great and other times it is not. I have had to wait a long time for food and others it had come super quick. They advertise savings but you never actually get them bc it is next to impossible.

Standard fare. Wings were good, server suggested a wing combo that wasn't on the menu that saved me about $5. The spicy garlic sauce is gross though.

Service is TERRIBLE! They would make so much more.money if their wait staff actually checked to see if their tables needed anything!

Good food plenty of TV's and they're more than happy to change the channels to what you want to watch.

Great place to buy some wings, and the staff is very friendly. The restaurant is clean, and the waitress is a very quick. The bartender makes really good drinks. I would recommend Buffalo Wild Wings to anyone. I will be back.
