19Normally a great place but recently the manager has been making the same mistake a lot of places are. Turning off the AC. You walk in and it feels balmy and sticky. You work outside all day the last thing you want is to be uncomfortable while you eat. Chasing away business to save a couple bucks. Bad business. The few dollars being saved is chasing away business. If people aren’t comfortable, they will NOT come back.
I placed an order to pick up and ordered onion rings on the side. The onion rings were not in the bag, but they were charged to my card. When I called the restaurant to inquire about the missing item, they said that they were out of onion rings.sorry.but they could credit back that portion of the charge, if I wanted them to, within five business days. I think it is pretty deceptive to charge someone for something and not complete the order or let the customer know that there was a problem with the order and instead have the customer call to ask. I will see if the refund goes through.
Bartender made us some awesome drinks (Blue Hawaiian and Pineapple Mojito), food came out tasting YUMMY and the prices are not bad at all
Cleaning the glass dividers would be a great start. Customer service is excellent. Roasted chicken wings with better mild options would help. Alabama wings is a suggestion. Moister in the inside of the wings would be great. Lower the salt helpful. I hope this suggestions help the establishment.
Your wings are gross chicken is like cardboard and the sauce tastes like a 4th grader messed up there science experiment, you can literally go to any local bar and have 10x better wings
Really hate to give this place 2 stars but the staff just seemed lost n not sure how to do there job, the host with his 4 long braids swinging smacking him in his own face had no idea how to sit the patrons when the restaurant was empty, waitress never came to see if we needed refills of our drinks, I ordered the wings which is what the restaurant is named after sadly to say the wings had that frozen taste to them even with the BBQ Sauce. I can't in good faith recommend this place when there are so many no no no's.
Yea hate to write a negative review, because most of my reviews I write are positive but B Dubs was a B "L" tonight. Started the meal as the only person at the bar and had to wait for the bartender to finish her conversation with her fellow employee to come over and greet me. I ordered their signature beer, only to find a fly floating in the top.and I didn't think thats what made it their signature beer. I waited again for the bartender to finish her conversation with her fellow employee to tell her about the fly in my drink. She told the manager and poured me another draft, but the manager didn't come over and say a word, and turns out if you get a fly in your drink you do not have to pay extra for it, you pay regular price, because they couldn't even put a $3 beer on the house. As a front of house manager for a major chain for years, I would have never put a guest through this experience! The manager was too concerned about the color of the Mountain Dew instead of worrying about the insects in peoples drinks. The back of house executed but the front of house was horrible. Looking forward to hearing the same generic response to this email, because I had that job before, needless to say I won't be eating at this location again. I also feel like I'm being nice not including pictures of the fly in the beer, the mold behind the bar (major EcoSure violation) and the bartenders name.
Wings are soggy and seems that they just smother sauce on them. I'm not a fan. 2 star because I loved our waitress otherwise 1 star.
I was going to try this location, but disabled parking was blocked by an entitled Audi driver with no disabled placard or plate. I guess wheelchair users are not welcome.
Placed an order online and didn’t accept my $50 gift card for payment even though entered on the website and it stated it was accepted. Went to pick up order for 7pm and ticket hadn’t even been printed for preparation when arrived on time. Then while waiting for food had 3 other people come in afterwards who to go orders were brought out before mine when had been waiting for almost 20 minutes when order was not prepared for correct pick up time. Update got home and order was wrong.
Star was a good waitress. The Old Fashioned cocktail was excellent.
The Buffalo Wedge Salad as at best, pathetic. At worst, a total ripoff. Tiny piece of chicken, a few slices of tomato, a bit of romaine. That was it for $12+. My friend ordered the same salad. An even smaller piece of chicken, no tomatoes, no dressing.
Will not go back. EVER.
We ordered to go. We live 35 minutes away. My Girlfriend drove to go get it, she came home missing her food, and the drink that ordered were wrong. I get that it is her fault for not checking before leaving, but come on, you could have at least got the order together properly. I called complained, they said they would reimburse the amount for her food.
It took 29 minutes to be seated and over an hour to receive the food that was over cooked not to mention the watered down drinks, rude manager and slow waitress.
My fiance 'Johnny' works here and the food he has brought home is really good! The only problem is they are short staffed at his work location! Here in Easton PA, off of 25th Street! And, from the staff they do have, they're doing very well with the limitations of the amount of workers there are. I strongly believe that if more individual's were willing to work, the place would be amazing! There's great management, great staff that they currently have and the utmost outstanding hospitality! Basically, from the management, to the staff. They're doing the best they can! And, instead of putting them down. We should give them the credit for the work they do! Due to being short staffed!
P.s. If anyone is looking for work buffalo wild wings is hiring for all positions. So come in an apply!
Just started to eat our takeout order and something was off with both our Buffalo and garlic parm boneless wings. Same tainted taste. Called to advise the staff and was told refund in 5-7 business days. Better happen or else I’m going to call local board of health. I really honestly don’t complain but this was a really bad taste for boneless chicken.
The wings were spot on. Much better dinning in than pickup.
Server was slow. Training a new waitress. They seemed to disappear off the floor for long periods of time.
We sat waiting to get our check to leave. This was the only downside. Understand the training process. It was being off the floor the issue
Wings and the black bean burger are very good. The kid specials are good. Beer selection very good. Service is also very good. Great place to watch a game
I understand that a table with 3 adults and a child (in a sports bar) is not as appealing as a table with 4 sports fans drinking bear. But, dont give people a sour attitude during the whole meal. Wings are very tasty. I was surprised I had to request carrots and celery with my wings and that the small size cauliflower bites are more expensive than the order of 10 wings
For the second time I leave this Buffalo Wild Wings location disappointed by the service. Our server wasn't exactly friendly. She was short and abrupt at each interaction. Not everyone is the same to deal with. Personality aside my appetizer arrived after my meal was served and my food was cold. Disappointed once again. I will not make the mistake of eating at this location again.
