Buffalo Wild Wings, Whitehall PA

I’m not really one to write reviews or complain but I was a little upset today. Today is Veterans Day and usually my wife makes me and my brothers a nice dinner because we all served in the army but today she had to work so I ordered 10 boneless wings and fries special. The lady over the phone said it would be at least a 45 minute wait. Once I arrived it had already been an hour since placing the order. My order was still not ready. I was told another 25 minutes which turned into 45 minutes and when I finally got my food and went home it wasn’t even the right order. Which is crazy because my receipt had the right order on it. Like I said not one to complain but this was a messed up night.

Buffalo wild wings has excellent food and apparently everyone must know this also because if it's close to the end of the week chances are it will be packed

They are rude on the phone and they make you wait forever even to pick up the phone I was on hold for over 30 minutes and then they hung up so I could not place an order.

Wings where cold the first time they came out, and stale/luke warm the second time. Service was slow and food was unappealing.

What wrong with you guys, it used to be a good service and food. Now its HORRIBLE, Me and my husband waited 2 HOURS to get our food. We order online at 7: 30 pm and didnt got our until 9: 30 pm.the staff are rude the food cold. One of the order didnt have any seasoning and sauce. They messed the order alot everytime we ordered. We are not going back again to this horrible place!

Got order wrong. Only one hostess to seat and clean tables meant long wait to even get seated.

Felt sorry for the waitress. Food quality was nothing special, kitchen was in complete disarray- took over 30 minutes from the first side salad to the last dinner dish. Wings didnt have enough sauce on them, chips and salsa came out with the last meal.

Insufficient number of waitstaff. Poorly organized. Outdoor dining area was closed on a beautiful afternoon in Oct.

Great spot, fast service! We had an amazing waiter he was a breath of fresh air around PA. Made sure my food was hot and freshly made over when it came out cold the first time. I ordered the spicy Doritos boneless chicken wings and I thought I received Asian zing because of the sticker but he assured us that it was what we asked for and even gave us another plate of six wings for the accommodation. I had a bourbon club soda and vanilla cream drink and it was delicious. Overall it was a great experience would come again.

Awful food. Got delivery and my order was missing items and was terribly packed and sloppy.

I got DoorDash and was disappointed with the price for what I got in return. Boneless wings are tiny and they barely put the flavoring I selected on them. Chicken Sandwich was good but not better than a fast food substitute.

This place have a very bad management,
This is not the first time that I go to this site of Buffalo Wild Wing and also I have experience on working in restaurants.
First no preparations for the high flow of the weekend and zero costumer service at the front to bad attitude.
Very disappointed.

Seriously I wanna say: DO NOT ORDER their food at all! I just ordered boneless wings and got hardest chicken that I haven’t eaten before! And the cashier’s attitude is terrible bad! I won’t order any from there any more! Bad experience!

Austin, our server, was excellent! Unfortunately, due to the labor shortage, it took a bit to get our food, but through no fault of the kitchen staff. I've experienced Ionger than usual wait times at all restaurants in the area.

Server and food where great. 5 stars for that. But the time to get seated and the time it takes to make that food is a bit long.

Ordered ranch dipping sauce to go with my wings, they did not bring it with my order, I reminded the waitress again and she must've forgot again. After waiting several minutes I told her one more time and she finally brought it out. Very frustrating!
