Buffalo Wild Wings, Collegeville PA

3rd time in a row where my order has been wrong. Ordered online bogo wings only got 6 instead of 12, called in and the magical yellow paper that says who my order was reviewed by is empty. Was told to hold and then was hung up on. BWW continually dissapoints with customer service, and even giving me what i paid for, never coming back this place has never improved since its been here

Hate to complain during these times but here we go. When we arrived I asked for a table for 7 and a baby. I was given a table for 6. So clearly we needed a different table to accommodate our party. There was a maximum of 5 tables currently in use in the entire restaurant at the time of our arrival. As someone who has worked in the restaurant industry for 15 years, I knew to ask the host first if I could push tables together incase it was two different servers sections. She stated that I could. After we did a manager I believe named gabby came over & told us that we could not do that (not a high traffic location/blocking anything). This made no sense because the restaurant was literally so empty you would have thought it was closed. She rudely told us we had to dine at seperate tables, offered no resolution gave us a hard no and walked away. As we were deciding what other restaurants were in the area that we could go enjoy my special needs cousins birthday dinner at (after he specifically picked this restaurant) she decides to come back over after some time and says we can push tables together on the other side of the restaurant. You would think in times like this a restaurant would want to accommodate their patrons and not lose business. You would think a manager would say “ let me see how we can accommodate your party. ” We will not be back but anyways our server Jess was super nice, had great service and the food was good and came out fast.

My waiter was awesome and I absolutely loved the dry rubbed wings. The fried pickles were great too. TVs EVERYWHERE made watching the college football games very easy.

Burgers or wings, have both, nothing spectacular, just good if that's what your hungry for.

Plenty of television to watch. Cheap beer, cheap food; cheap experience were it not for the people I spent time with.

It was a BWs. If you like em' you'll like this one. Fresh and hot, lots of tvs though kind of dark. Saw someone using their phone light to read the menu. Unexperienced staff but working really hard and did great.

I picked up 2 orders of boneless wings and they were ½ the size they used to be and had barely any chicken inside. Honestly they were pathetic looking. The chicken tenders were pretty good but the fried were rock hard and the celery that came with the wings had mold on it. Never again will I return.

Food was fine, like any buffalo wild wings. They ran out of the first couple options we asked for, and there was a 40 minute table wait with half of the tables empty and 4 people standing at the front handing out menus to those waiting.

Always delicious and friendly staff. Pick up is really easy, too. Wish we lived closer though.

First off, unorganized / understaffed. Many empty tables. I had a wait of 15 minutes? Food is decent, service is decent

Ordered food online the online service said it would be an hour and nineteen minutes until my food was ready. So I went when I was told to pick it up, and my food is freezing and the ticket on the receipt says pick up 20 minutes? Really? Not even a call or anything hey our online service is wrong or your foods ready nothing. Just wasted money lol

Food was good. Our waitress was on top of things with napkins, refills, and follow-ups. Restaurant was clean and not too crowded despite the location being near to the convention center.

We ordered the sampler - it had nachos, mozzarella sticks, chicken wings (or boneless) and onion rings. I had ordered the brisket burger - it was really good but also very greasy! Also not pictured were the wings and curd cheese burger. But lots of different varieties. Affordable and delicious!

Not busy when we were there so no reason our server never checked in which was frustrating because we needed napkins and wing came out without celery. When meal was finished our app plates were still at the table. Food was ok but not the 30 minutes we drove to get there.

We went as a group. It's nice that the kitchen is open late. The beer and food specials were a bonus. Our waitress is why we're going back as regulars.

Actually closes at 12 but cara said closed at 11-30 because they don’t have enough staff! Never coming again

We came in late at night and our waiter seemed to forget about us. We waited a half hour for our check. The food was hot and decently priced

Staff hid in the back with over an hour left to seat new customers. Told 2 people walking in to eat it would be 25-30 minutes with only 4 tables occupied in the entire dining room.

Went to this place for 1st and last yesterday.at take out desk the creepy guy was nasty and kind of had issues.food was slop.chicken wings were rubber with a 10w40 drool on them.fries were leather like and.grilled chicken salad vomiuts.what a pitiful mess.good luck with that

Cooks did their job. Waitress was slow to get started. Hostess never told her we sat down. After I went and found service things got better.
