It's a chain sports bar. Despite the fact that it was nearly empty, the server managed to get our orders wrong and be inattentive.

First time there and I have to say the food was on point! Server was friendly and the overall experience was very fun. We will definitely be back soon!

This place is stupid hot. Service is good. Food is usually good. But their HVAC is busted or in disrepair and it feels like the place is in the upper 70s to low 80s. If you’re not outdoorsy, the indoors here will probably be uncomfortable in the summer.

Ordered take out. Got the chicken sandwhich. The chicken was not cooked all the way. Do not eat here unless you want food poisoning! Sandwhich was drenched in wayyyy too much sauce, so even if it was cooked to the right temperature it would have been unedible reguardless.

We come to this buffalo wild wings a lot. And always get buffalo ranch chicken wrap. Sadly almost everytime their is no buffalo sauce in the wrap probably happend 9-14 times by now. We then have to wait for the waitress to come over, then ask for sauce, then wait, and get the sauce. It is very inconvenient and has happened more times than not. We shouldn't have to ask for sauce when it's called buffalo ranch chicken wrap. The service is always the same, maybe see the waitress 2-3 times during the whole visit. They tend to care more and try harder for the bigger parties because they have the big tips. But service shouldn't be based off tips. It's your job to serve, be kind, and help the customer no matter if their giving 5$ tip or 100$ tip. And the atmosphere is extremely cold everytime, very loud which is normal for bdubs and normal to other establishments with sports on tv.

Bdubs has been a favorite go-to when I am in need of chicken wings - they never seem to fail, when it comes to serving chicken wings. I got the Asian Zing and dry-rub Lemon Pepper and they were delicious.update: service has been better, i guess it's the draw of the luck when it comes to who is tending the bar

No matter what kind of boneless wings you get, it is oversalted. They are over priced, the flavor seems so watered down, and honestly, the food is not that tasty.

I'm not much for sports, but wings are one of my favorite foods. Wild Wings is a classic, never disappoint's with the food. The service is almost always fast, and everyone I've had as a server has been very kind, and friendly.

The food was good and came out quickly, but the service was lacking severely. It took a long time to get service from the start and our server was very slow in each thing the did.

We came on a Thursday evening rather late since this was one of few options that served food 10pm-onward, so for that I’m thankful!

Service was slow at first but I’d say mostly due to the staffing on schedule at that time. It also was BOGO boneless wing day.

The reason for the 3 stars is because I was highly disappointed with how my boneless wings came out. There were many naked wings and it seemed to be carelessly put together. Minimal effort to ensure the chicken pieces were actually coated. The server tried to rectify by offering to bring out new ones but it was going to be a little longer to wait and it was getting late. I would of hated to waste food, it was already an order of 20! I didn’t cause a fuss, however I am just disappointed is all.

Generally a pretty good spot. I usually go for wing nights but it’s always pretty full. The sauces are generally pretty good, my only complaint is that more often than not, the wings come out with not enough sauce. I usually have to end up ordering a side of the same sauce. Other than that, great service

Oh boy - this is my 2nd ever review posting, but I had to recap our most recent trip to BWW Lancaster (keep in mind, I worked as a server at Chili's for over 10 years and have food service experience) because it was just plain bad.

We went to dinner on a Wednesday evening at 445 PM and found a restaurant less than 25% full. Yet it seemed like our waitress was basically handling the entire restaurant full of patrons with 1 hostess and a table busser. Despite our server passing our table more than 15 different times, we didn't get any "greeting" (not even a hello or "hey I'll be right with you") until almost 20 minutes had gone by. By then, we had already figured out our orders and had 2 hungry kiddos, so when the server did come by we just ordered everything. It then took nearly 10 more minutes to get our water, Pepsi, and kids milk. Then to our surprise, my wife's entree came out first, my son's kids order came out 5 minutes later, and then my order came 10 minutes after that. Aren't entrees all supposed to come out at the same time? To BWW's credit, the food was prepared fine but the experience was just plain awful.

Magically, at 530 PM, there were 3 more servers bouncing between tables and running food. To me, this says there was either a bunch of call-outs or bad planning for staffing. However, if that's the case, management should be out helping that server who was clearly running pretty ragged between tables.

As a former server myself, my tolerance level for bad restaurant experiences is quite a bit more forgiving than most (I know it's a tough industry to work in). But even this experience screamed either a poorly run restaurant, short staffing, or both.

The lemon pepper wings were very good, the hamburger not so much. No flavor and overcooked/smashed.

The waitress was outstanding and handled the 6 separate checks like a pro.

Everything was great. Fast service and great food. Our 91 year old Mom likes your wings over any that she has had.

While our server was great the bartender was pathetic. He was more concerned with flirting with two women sitting at the bar, everyone else just got forgotten and ignored. My beer took 15 minutes to be poured and finally the server just gave up reminding the bartender and poured me beer himself instead.

There were 5 in our party and we didn't get to eat at the same time since our food came out at different times.
