Buffalo Wild Wings, Selinsgrove PA

Definitely not for the antisocial. This place is loud. LOUD LOUD. May be time of day may just be what it is. Although I was not impressed with my wings, again. Every time I go, I feel like the cook only knows how to sauce the top 32% of the wings. The whole concept of the place is wings and sauce. The wings were kinda like wet on the bottom and had no sauce. If I hadn't just crawled out of a depression slumber, I would have cared more to speak up. I attached a photo of their chairs for humor. The screws just falling out. The screw ripped my damn cardigan twice. The one chair had 6 screws on one side holding the back together. LOL. Just buy new chairs! You can't be spending that much on sauce. Where's the money going? Anywhoo, I won't be returning as it's always bad.

My kids and husband are forever trying to get me to go the BWW for dinner. They took advantage of a trip I recently went on and went without me. They were so impressed with the food that the next time we were in the area they wanted to go again and this time I agreed. I must say the burger I had was pretty amazing and I tried some jalapeno Boneless Wings that were delicious also.

We were back again. I had a chicken sandwich this time and it was also amazing!

The host was incredibly rude to my party. Including not but limited to eye rolls and an unprofessional attitude. The waitress was very nice, but my dinner took about 15 minutes longer to come out than the three other peoples food at my table. Luckily, my food was good. But I am bewildered by the unprofessional, unwelcoming staff here.

Best BWW out there. In the few months I've lived in the area they've been by far the most consistent of every BWW I've been to. Great food and service every time.

Sat outside and watched baseball on multiple TVs. Waitress was terrific. Wings were great, sauces excellent and service was fast. I do wish the wings were a little bigger at BWW but that's just a personal preference thing. Certainly a corporate decision that most customers won't mind. They were definitely delicious and the staff at this location are always super friendly.

We had wings, smash burger and onion rings. Everything was great! Food came quickly and perfect.

I ordered a bullet and water, apparently you forgot to add the burbon. I payed for a glass of water.
The service was great, food was so-so.

I had The hot BBQ tradional wings and they were great! The service was ok. If the service was better I would have given 5 stars

I had the bacon cheesecurd burger with fries it was very good. Would have gotten wings, but they were way too expensive.

One of our go-to date night spot. I eat gluten free, soy free and dairy free for medical reasons. I love that I can access their chart of allergen & preparation guide. I can safely consume delicious food here. We particularly love BWW’s Mango Habanero. We love wings and have tried many mango habanero sauce at other places, but no other place has mastered the flavor. It’s just so good!

Great tasting, hot food at each visit. They have lunch specials available for about $10 including fries and a drink that make it a nice affordable sit down place for a family to enjoy.

My family’s most recent visit to Buffalo Wild Wings was the second less than ideal experience we have had at this location in the last 6 months. Overall the service and atmosphere has been good but both visits the traditional wings we ordered were barely warm and so small compared to other places that offer wings on their menus. Ended up leaving feeling unsatisfied and less $88 for a family of 3. For a place that prides itself on serving wings, Buffalo Wild Wings has been falling short in my opinion.

UPDATE: Today 5/12/23, I received a call from the manager Tom who apologized for the incident on my visit and acknowledged the mistake. That shows me that they are honest and will address any issues. I appreciate him doing that and will give them another chance. I have updated my stats from a 1 start to 4 stars based on the attention they have give our family in addressing our concern.

Most upsetting was payment, I believe our waitress was new and was given help from other employees which is nice so she can get to know the job BUT we received a check for $109.something, I gave our waitress my credit card and she brought me back a receipt to sign for $132.something and walked away, I told my husband that it wasn’t right and I don’t understand what she did. After thinking about it and not feeling comfortable I requested that our waitress come back to our table, when I asked her about it, she said yes sorry I gave you someone’s bill. One would think of out of curiosity she would have come back to us BEFORE running our card and be HONEST as maybe it was a mistake but for me when your not upfront and honest that shows me you are shady and maybe so are the other employees. That doesn’t sit will with me and I feel other potential customers need to be aware and make sure you know what you are paying for. Sadly, I felt bad for her and gave her a good tip, but feeling how I feel now and how her service is bothering me I can say I regret doing so. I always tip well because I know being a server is a hard job at times.

Side note, the cheese curds were very good, the pretzels knots were good, mozzarella sticks were okay, some seemed to need more cooking time, the classic chicken wrap was good but not much chicken, more lettuce than anything, the wings were really good and the burger looked good, My son (15) ate part of the bun, didn’t care for the burger. Strawberry margarita was good and so was the strawberry lemonade. I gave this a 1 based on honesty or lack there of.

First timers. Had really good burgers and boneless wings. The special Mt. Dew was so good.

The food is good, I love their food and so do my family. The issue is with service, we've been there quite a bit and have had a lot more bad servers than good. We frequently wait for more sauce or drinks, and tonight we even waited in boxes. It's faster to use the code in the table to pay, otherwise you are there an extra 10+ minutes just to pay. We've had a total of 2 good servers the 10+ times we've been there. We only go back because we love the food, otherwise we'd go elsewhere to get good service.
