I had to wait in line for 10 minutes because it was busy and packed but it was my first time and I love it making a bear

Everyone working is always so patient, kind, and cheerful. They are great with helping kids and adults alike create a special memory!

At 60, I had the best time with my granddaughter thanks to the staff. Especially the ones at the fluff machine

We went to take my son to build the birthday bear and the associate was super friendly and patient with my 1 year old. It was a good experience and my son loves his bear. Plus being the birthday bear, it was super cheap!

This was neat, something new. My son loved it! A little pricey and we felt rushed. But loved the atmosphere.

They have a variety to choose from. A bit on the expensive side though. I spent 200 dollars for 4 bears

There was a Build-A-Bear for a birthday that you get based on your age which I thought was a great deal! It's a little expensive but overall I liked it. I love the way that you can personalize your bear and make it really yours. However I think they should have had some Bengals gear in the football section

The employees were very nice and fun to talk to. It was my first time there and thank goodness they still had the Jurassic World Dominion dinosaurs. I'll probably go back should they come out with another big movie themed plush.

Today I visited Build-A-Bear and purchased this Kitty I was so excited unfortunately my kitty is missing its whiskers nobody mentioned it and I didn't get a discount on it being incorrect. I'm disappointed about this but overall the cat is nice and the workers were very helpful in putting it together.

A very heartwarming place that is great for children looking for their teddy bear. You can make them to your own special specification and they have multiple accessories!

The line for the store was ridiculous. 3 hours passed and the line was still long. 3 workers in the store moving at a slow pace. While the other one just walks back and forth standing in and out of line.

The girl that was working really took pride in her job and made she made sure my son had a good time

Great experience! Friendly staff and love what they do if it's your child's birthday. Totally made my little girl's day even more special.

Don't belive the hours posted online. We showed up at 3: 15 on a Saturday and the store was dark with the gate closed while the rest of the mall was very busy. Hand written hours outside of the store said they closed at 3: 00 on Saturdays (not closed early for special circumstances, these were posted as normal hours). I didn't know stores were allowed make their own hours within the mall. Very disappointing that we were not able to get birthday bears for my daughters. Was hoping to start a birthday tradition, but probably won't be giving them any future business.
