Build-A-Bear Workshop, Willow Grove PA

My boyfriend and I came here for the first time in years for an early Valentine’s Day! We both grew up consistently going to build-a-bear, and it was so lovely to be able to relive that feeling as adults! The Pokémon promotion was super exciting, and we were overjoyed to find these Teddiursa and a matching sound to go with them! Christina helped us and she was so lovely and kind, and genuinely seemed interested in us and our interests! We truly felt like kids again:)

First day we went their system was down. It was suppose to open an hour after original opening time, then postponed to two hours after opening time. We waited since we were visiting and don't have one back home. They ended up staying closed the whole day. The next day we showed up it was my daughter's bday, not one mention of having to buy the "birthday bear" to get it the price of the child's age deal they have. Upon check out they mention after having the dolls done and yes we mentioned/asked and said it was her bday prior and before starting and picking any dolls. Person who helped us had no emotion seemed to dislike kids but overall was an alright visit just for the bears!

Got our granddaughter a reindeer. Very expensive they keep asking the child what they want not the parent. Very pushy on the extras.

Christine was so helpful and made my experience special, even as an adult! It was great to relive some of my childhood memories of BAB at this particular location. She ensured that I got everything I needed and also grabbed me one of the plush cupcakes for my Hello Kitty. Thank you for your kindness!

Build-A-Bear workshop is always fun. Always a pleasure and always such a great experience.

Rude staff. Made to feel like we bothering them during the whole process. My 3 year old caught onto their behavior and just wanted to leave instead of enjoying her first time.

Thank you Liz for restuffing three of my bears. You made the experience so wonderful and you did a fantastic job too. I'll be returning to this location instead of Oxford for now on. Thanks again!

I haven't been in here since I was a young girl but I was looking for something special and the girl at the register really helped me out

My experience there was so much fun with my grandson that I forgot to take pictures. The staff was very helpful

Allison, Selah and Quiana (sorry if misspelled) were all so very helpful and kind with helping me and my girlfriend pick out her new doll. Top notch service and wonderful to talk to!

We took our baby here for her first birthday. We were the only people there with 2 workers and we felt like we were bothering them. They didn't make it feel special for my daughter. Disappointed:/

Took my son here for his birthday, 2 days after Christmas, the staff here went above and beyond to make him feel special. Tereca was so fun and kind and really went out her way to make his day! Thank you so much!

The prices for the accessories for the bears are really ridiculous I don't even pay that much for some of my own clothing.

Very friendly staff. The girl wiped every surface we touched clean with Clorox wipes. My dog loves the black dragon. 5 Stars.

I love to bring my kids here & let them enjoy themselves. The worker's are extremely nice kind helpful & really uplifting. You get to pick out what animal what want & dress them up stuff them & all different kind of thing's. It's such a great time with the kids. Price's are a little high but it's definitely worth it.

The staff was very cheerful and attentive. This was my son's second visit, and he received the bday treat. Please be patient with the line as they are observing social distancing. The wait in line, stuffing, dressing, naming and check-out only took 20 mins. I'll definitely return to get wifey something and to celebrate other family milestones.
