Such a cute experience for little girls. The staff is great and good with kids. My little one loves her build a bear!

One of the best experiences I've had in a long time. The store is still in the amazing classic style. It is very spacious and well maintained.

The staff were super friendly, attentive and helpful to the kids as they constructed their stuffed buddies. They were not pushy at all will upsells, though there was no need as the kids went crazy on their own. Lots of fun for the kiddos.

My daughter made her first Build-A- Bear here a few weeks ago and she absolutely loved it. The employees were so kind that when we went to see Santa this week my daughter asked to go to Build-A-Bear. She was sad that the guy who helped her the last time wasn't there; that's how big of an impact he made on her. The staff is always so kind and enthusiastic. They take the time to actually engage with the kids and make the experience one to remember.

Let me start by saying I haven't been to build a beer since I was about 18 years old my old boyfriend took me to Build-A-Bear for our first date I love bears and he allowed me to build my very own beer so it was very special when I took my son to build a bear
and he really really enjoyed himself.

I love Build a Bear i’m a collector and a regular at this store. This location has unpredictable management often having the store closed at random times. Not having enough staff or even rude staff! They are having trouble getting and hiring new staff. I don’t blame them with prices around $30 a bear I think these employees should be paid more! They also are also unable to put new bears and stock out fast enough because of the staff issue. I’m waiting up too 2 weeks after a release date to get certain things in person. I have also have been denied ordering stuff online in person several times even after being told to do so at the front for the free shipping? ! I also always have to remind the employees to put my email in for the rewards points and to get my bears birth certificate at checkout. The staff also does not know much about the product itself and cannot answer my questions very well. I asked when the 25th anniversary Hello Kitty would be back in stock and the lady said that they are limited and would not be back? They only had been released a few days before…believe it or not the Hello Kitty was restocked in the next few days. I was most upset today, the in-store release of the axolotl I nicely asked the lady at the front if they had gotten it and she said they had it in the back and they will be put out next week. Why am I not able to buy this bear on release date after being told it is at the store by the website and by staff? I hope they stay open even with the staff struggles and get this sorted out.

Wonderful experience here. The employees were very busy but remained patient and caring with the children.

I'm not a little person but I will be back because I am wishing for a philly build a bear like the eagles build a bear

I love this Build A Bear so much I’ve been coming here since I was young when I received my first Build A Bear as a gift. I’ve gotten so many Build A bears over the years. Many of my past Build A Bears I’ve given away over the years due to moving but here’s some pics of the two I have. My favs are/were the seasonal ones and my new favs are the Disney ones/cartoon character ones like Olaf, Scooby Doo, Stitch etc…. The employees at this store a very helpful and patient. The online ordering process is also good too.

Don’t book your parties here, very over priced and dirty staff definitely not worth it

Awesome experience, even as a group of adults! George was such a great employee and made our trip so much fun!:) Joe Baaa-yron is thankful for the great service too!
