The most best service I have ever seen the ladies in there were very delightful and kind and very helpful

It is all about pushing over priced accessories for your over priced teddy skin. The kids are asked leaving the parents to be the bad guy when you won’t buy them everything offered to them.

This place was AMAZING! I didn't catch the name of the woman who helped us but from the second we walked in and said it was our daughters birthday she went above and beyond to make it special. I will definitely come back for our next birthday

We took our son here for his 3rd birthday Ashley and Connor were so wonderful they made it a very welcoming experience

My mother and I take my 3 year old daughter here atlease once every 3 months or so. She has a collection of stuffies now. The staff is excellent with the children that come in.

Drove an hour to be turned away due to a private party that'd take an hour and a half. Nothing online said they'd be closed or I would have waited to go instead of being stuck in the mall with an impatient crying 6 year old.

I took my niece there and Ashley took excellent care of us. My niece is super shy and Ashley picked up on that and made the experience enjoyable.

Been to this Build-A-Bear a few times and it's always a good experience. It's a little pricey, but there aren't any surprises, and there is always something on sale.

The staff is always helpful and friendly. If anything ever happens to your "bear" (needs more stuffing, needs restitched, voice battery dies.) they can provide the necessary fix.

Yesterday 10/04/23 at 6: 00PM we took our daughter here for the first time for her 2nd birthday and the two girls that were working there made her day beyond special! It feels amazing when someone is on the clock and instead of working like you’re in a routine you turn every duty towards fun ways! I want to thank them both for every smile they put on her face yesterday! And on our way home she did not let her frog go, thank you guys again

Went for my son's 1st birthday bear, the staff was so nice and upbeat. We had a great experience.

My boyfriend and I went here today for a date. Rachel was so helpful and kind. Our purchase came out perfectly and we had a great time.

Kids love this place. It's a magical experience and they get a lovely keepsake from it. The scented head things are amazing. My daughter has had hers for over a year and it still smells like strawberries. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The product seems pretty reasonably priced for what it is and it's cool you can buy all sorts of outfits and accessories there.

The girl who waited on us was super nice and patient with the kids. I took them for their birthday bears and they had fun. This was at the capital city mall.

I will not take my kid here. They are on the woke bandwagon pushing agendas on our children. When are we going to step up and put these fires out?

We took our two grandsons today for their birthdays. It was the first time they were there. Six and Three. Ashley there was so wonderful and patient with them. Especially our three year old grandson. He kept running and changing his mind. She got him to pick the things he wanted. Made our experience with our grandsons special. We even have a great picture of it.

Went in to see about getting my bear fixed a gift from my niece w my son singing on it (he passed away) and they fixed it with hugs and gentleness.so needed that

We brought our son here on his 4th birthday. It was his first time at a Build A Bear and despite it being a really busy Saturday night, we were greeted immediately by multiple workers who were all very sweet and helpful. The lady who was working the stuffing station was especially wonderful and really made it a great experience for our son, who chose a Paw Patrol Chase and an Animal Crossing friend to stuff. He is in love with his two new toys!

Staff were so nice and so helpful in maiing mine and my boyfriend's vision come to life and in a timely manner.
