The food was amazing. Had a hard milkshake. Best hands down. We spent 2 hours there. Most of the time waiting for food and our check. I assume they are under staffed. We were sat in a booth by the bar. The bartender was our server. He was overwhelmed. He was very quick to get order and move on. You could tell he just had to much going on. The whole bar was full. All the booths around it were also. I think this made him seem unfriendly. I hope he is not like this all the time. I felt like I was just a problem he had to deal with. Never been there before. Our questions were not welcomed by him. I seen tables that had servers come and go. When we waited much longer for everything. No refills were given. No, how is your food. After 30 minutes waiting for him to come get our payment. I told the hubby next time you see him at his register go and pay. Which we did. I feel they should have split the sections differently. Some of the servers should have picked up a couple of his booths. I definitely loved the food. Hope next time our server isn't overwhelmed. I would suggest better communication with his tables and his follow teammates.

Burger here are good I try the Bacon one and it was really good good portion their shakes are to die for i try the Nutella and the peanut butter one both good this place is a must try i recommend this place if you like burgers this is the place for you

Great burgers and fries. I love the idea that the kids get a free float if they eat everything! My youngest ate everything for that free cherry coke!

Good burgers, nice space. Took a little longer to get our food even though we were 2 of only a handful of people present. But the burgers and staff was great!

Waiter was fantastic. Food was amazing. Only complaint is we were one of two tables that was at the restaurant at the time and it took over 30min for our burgers so we had to rush to eat our food. Great place to eat, just maybe not on a lunch break.

We aren't ordering from here anymore I think. Our 3rd door dash ordered in a row that has arrived with mistakes. First an item was missing, next time we got the wrong burger, and this time items from the two Make Your Own burgers that we ordered were swapped. So both burgers were wrong. At least Door Dash will refund but really disappointing that orders can't be made correctly. There are other burger places in the area we will be trying instead. Also disappointed in the fries. They seem like they are a frozen fry now instead of fresh.

Always a great place to go. Nice atmosphere. Not usually a big wait. Bison burger and the corn bread is excellent. Love it!

One of the absolute best burgers I have ever had in my life. Very good shakes and very good fries too. The service was good also. All in all a very good restaurant with great food. My only complaint is I wish it was in an easier to access location.

Wonderful experience, food was delious, and honestly had to decide on what to have. Service was terrific. Will eat there again.

My favorite burger chain. Start out with some nachos, get a 50/50 burger create your own with chips, and an Oreo PB milkshake for dessert.

Another great Burgatory. This location is typical of others with outdoor, indoor, and bar seating.
Great menu with plenty of options for vegans.
Excellent service staff makes the entire experience positive.
Love checking out the different Burgatorys around the Pittsburgh area whenever in town.

The burgers were great. Really delicious. I really like that you can create your own type of burger (you choose what meat, cheeses, toppings, and buns)

Burger was seriously undercooked, I didn't say anything but when the server R**a asked, I told her. She just kinda shrugged her shoulders and went about her business. Rest of the food was good.

Had a couple burgers, order of onion rings, a shake, a pop and a desert. $65. Decent food but pricey for a town with many good burger joints.

Ordered a burger, chicken salad, and coffee milkshake online today. The shake was delicious, salad was really good, but the burger was burnt and dry. And that was after adding specific instructions for it to be just a little pink and definitely NOT well done. Super disappointed and barely able to choke it down.

Had a reservation for 14, celebrating a birthday. Table was ready. Waiter was nice. Had a great time. Food was delicious. Hostesses were awesome too. Granddaughter enjoyed the activities on the kids menu, loved her hot dog, and all the devil forks stuck in the burgers.

I’m from Kentucky and had never heard of Burgatory, I loved the name and the food looked amazing!

Ordered through DoorDash, only took 30 minutes from order to delivery. Burger and Fries were still hot.

I got the Morty Burger and it was delicious! The Cabernet sauce was a great addition to the well seasoned patty and crispy onion straws! I even dipped my fries in the Cabernet sauce.

Pricing isn’t what I would consider “Low” but It’s no more than you would pay at a place like Red Robin.

Overall, great burger, great name, and great branding.

We enjoyed our experience here! We had incredible burgers and chicken sandwiches and of course, a milkshake! Our server was extremely nice and attentive! Would recommend to those swinging through the area!

Went at 8pm on a Friday and the food was good. The place was t very busy but the food took forever. Sadly they are probably understaffed. Good waitress and good food.

The elk burger was phenomenal and everyone else in the party really enjoyed their burgers. And this to go shake is pretty great too!
