All food was cold & prepared. Fries looked like they had sat for hours. How can you service food like that. Not going back

Very disappointing, had Philly Cheese steak which was nothing more than oversized burgers (2) with cheese and fried onions which were so tough that one couldn't bite off. Ketchup dispenser was empty and manager was surly. Will not willingly go back to this store.

Food presentation was poor. Looked like a toddler put it all together. No toy in the kids meal. Called to complain and was given another exact meal. Went in to get the "free" meal and ordered an additional child's meal. No cheese!
