Burger King, Coatesville PA

Good i guess all I get here is a plain ch-king and that's always good but there fry's are like cardboard

This Burger King is so bad you would think its intentional. I have stopped here 4 times and have yet to get what I ordered. The latest experience was so bad it was comical. The order was two 8 piece chicken nuggets, one chocolate milkshake, and one oreo milkshake. After paying I waited 15 minutes before being handed one milkshake. After an additional 5 minutes the staff questioned why I was still waiting there and I told them about the missing items. The nuggets had been sitting there the entire time and they quickly made an oreo shake and I was on my way. Once I was home I realized instead of 1 oreo shake and 1 chocolate shake they had made 1 chocolate oreo shake.how do you read two separate order line item and merge them into one? Needless to say I am done with this location and if you are reading this review then they probably messed up your order as well.

This is how it came opened it up and that’s what you get a dirty gross half eaten sandwich thanks for nothing. Shut the place down

Asked for a #5 and got a chikking chicken sandwich didn’t realize till I got home. Cheat day failed! Service takes forever guy handing food receiving payments had filthy gloves on. I’ll keep going to Wendy’s!

The cleanest Burger King I was ever in. Friendly staff and the typical BK flavors. New ghost pepper nuggets are good and spicy.

There is no Burger King's near me. The ride was worth the Impossible Whopper. No other fast food restaurants have vegan menus. The fries are awesome too. We had a Burger King in Thorndale, but it has been closed for years. I wish theyv would open another soon.

They serve breakfast. So glad they do because its pretty tasty. I had my lil sis with me and she needed to eat before taking her meds. So glad we stopped.

Dirty, all of the benches for sit-down eating had nasty dried up food in between the benches, the floor is greasy in the dining room area, just flat-out nasty.

They missed half my order, I waited an extra 10-15 minutes for two burgers and they came out like this. Dry, not edible, not made correctly. They need to shut this place down immediately.

Waited 15 minutes (ordered on the app before we arrived.) Our food wasn't ready. Then we get home, and my son's bun was burnt and the large onion ring was filled with crumbs and old fries in the bottom, not even a full order!

Worst place EVER! Waited a hour in line.order was missing 10pc nugget.they dont give you a reciept.you call the store n they dont answer.this place needs shut down! They lock the door so you cant come inside.

My husband and I were here on September 15th 2021 and I have to say whomever was taking the orders was beyond rude. I can understand having a bad day, but the attitude was completely unnecessary not to mention our order has been wrong on several occasions. I hate leaving a bad review, but this BI really isn't even worth getting food at! Plus, the line is usually ridiculously long, so is it even really "fast" food?

Do not go! If i could give zero stars i would.waited a half hour to order as the kids really wanted it and then another 10 minutes when i got to the window.saw staff joking around and procrastinating.this made me angry.the guy at the window passed me my drink but let go before i grabbed it so it fell and he had to make me a new one.one of the kids meals was missing a toy. So disappointed! Trying to get in touch with bk corporate online since phone hours are only 9-5 monday through friday and the link is broken. Everyone there this afternoon deserved a refund!

Very, very slow drive thru. They have even been known to close early on several occasions, which is very frustrating when you drove all that way to get something to eat. Then today I ordered a Whopper Jr and when I went to eat my sandwich they put a Whopper Jr Patty on a Whopper bun that made half my burger bread which was frustrating as well!

My experience was just so very unreal. Ordered 2 shakes, 20 nuggets an large fries.
It took a total of 25 minutes. The place was empty and it was starting to line up behind us. There were 2 males "working ". We will not go back! Such incompetence would not be tolerated anywhere else. I write this as I sit across from a BK that is closed. Your franchise is going to hell in a hand basket.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. Worst service ever. Took over a hour to get two cheeseburgers and a shake for my daughter. Never again
