Burger King, Philadelphia PA

This restaurant only had two employees working. They were so friendly, running around getting things done as fast as they could and never showing the stress. They got people in and out, and we're just awesome. I will be going back for sure

If I could give zero stars I would because my burger was hard, my fries were cold, and I couldn't even tell what my drink was. They didn't give us any napkins. My mom ordered pickup and they had is waiting for 5-10 minutes for our food. They have us a cup with stuff all over the side and we had to ask them to wipe it off.

Not enough staff. Had one lady, bless her soul working the whole store. Waited 20 minutes for just a couple burgers.

I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers with 1 extra patty on each (no bun), and was charged for 2 triple cheeseburgers (totally fine and makes sense) … wrong! I paid for 6 patties and only received 3, but when I let them know that my order should have had 6 patties because that’s what I ordered and paid for, I was told that I had to pay for an additional order! Why? My receipt already reflects what I ordered so why am I being charged the same amount of money again? They didn’t understand why I was upset for being ripped off and clearly didn’t follow instructions. Won’t be returning, that simple.

Took forever to get my order. Was waiting like 20 minutes for my food and the food was already made so by the time I ate it, it was cold. My drinks were overflowing and there was soda on my lid. They didn't give me any straws for my drinks. A customer was trying to get someone's attention and the worker literally was in front of him the whole time ignoring him.

I ordered Whopper jr meal for $10 basically to only get a cheeseburger with a piece of onion on it, I guess Burger King hires the bottom of the bag workers that don’t have a brain.

Their General Manager pretty much told me to F myself. I walked a mile and a half to get bk and they wouldn't let me in to order and said I have to stand in line with the cars which is obviously irresponsible and not safe. Worst part was they seen me trying all the doors and did not have the manners to tell me that I can't come in. This was after several minutes of waiting outside. Quader, excuse me if I spelled name wrong said he is the General manager. He didn't want to give me his last name which is obviously a red flag. This was at Franklin Mills (Philadelphia Mills) where it took place. I walked across the street and got McDonalds which were very friendly and efficient.

Worst place to go! They need more people. Food is good we just have to wait forever.so if you don’t mind waiting I guess your good.

This place specializes in disappointments. Unreliable hours, you literally never know if or when they're open.

We went through the drive thru. As always chicken nuggets are the best.way better than any other fast food places

I waited 40 mins for my order this was unbelievable and a disappointment. Chickfila takes 3mins like-

It looks like the workers there don’t know what they are doing, at least when I went there tonight. Of course something was forgotten but what really got me was the person at the drive thru eating chicken nuggets at the window

The outside Philadelphia Mills is the worst location known to man. This place should be cited for taking too long to make fast food. Horrible, the worst.

I'm only reviewing this one incident because people have good and bad days And I'm not speaking for everyone but I paid for an order on the app we sold to go to drive through to pick it up and the young kid behind the thing told me they were closed or you wouldn't for a couple minutes and wrote off angry when I stop by. I guess either the manager or somebody that was higher up I guess and he is was really nice and took care of situation, got my order and I was on my way so I don't know what was the problem but I mean that's what it was
