Burger King, Coraopolis PA

This place is a joke. They literally ignored us and then we came in the proceeded to ignore us then say oh were busy we cant help you. When all i was doing was getting an online order

There was an error in a take out order. I had purchased two chicken sandwiches and two fries. I just wanted one sandwich changed, but was given the entire order. The staff was very friendly, accommodating, and efficient. I would highly recommend this Burger King.

Dining room closed.can't go to drive thru with a big truck.so drive thu doesn't help me. BK

Restaurant was clean, employees were prompt, professional, and friendly. My Whopper was pretty good. The beef patty seemed a little thin.

It's rare to get someone at a fast food restaurant that is Pleasant and friendly. The guy at the University Boulevard Burger King was awesome. I wish I knew his name but he was working in the evening on a Friday night.

Guy working the drive through is more worried about his Mathew McConaughey impression then giving me all my food with my order. When you order a meal it comes with fries normally but not mine apparently.

Visited the location in Moon Township. Service was top notch. The guy at the counter (Matt) was very polite. He brought our food out to us.

The drive through workers were so friendly and so nice, it made our experience great. I wish we got their names. But today was one of the best fast food drive thru experiences my husband and I have ever had. Good employees!

If we're going to keep our dining room closed forever at least we could do is update the information stating its open

My food was cold, i had to go back and returned it to get my food remade, it wasn't great either.

Came here for dinner before a concert at UPMC Events Center right around the corner and had no complaints. I had a pretty big order and it was actually done by the time I got to the second window and I didn’t have to wait. Fries were fresh and the burgers were great.

Haven't had a complaint from this location overall a decent quick pick for a fast meal

Well it's a Burger King! What precisely do you expect! Now I just love this organization, and that it COOKS their burgers, NOT just fries them up... But it's just in a great location ; right in front of the Giant Eagle plaza. Guess I’m kind of opinionated though; “ Pan Man “ (nota dishwasher, we don’t have dishes), over at the Sewickley store.

Literally got home to eat my chicken sandwich and this is just ridiculous to be serve buns with black mold on them. Not going here for lunch anymore, after going here for 3 years now.

The new hand breaded chicken sandwich was outstanding. That plus the onion rings and the Cherry Fanta out of the coke freestyle machine made my afternoon

We had received the wrong order at the aliquippa location, and hadn't checked our bag. My son was so disappointed to see a whopper in place of his french fries.
Naturally we stopped additionally to re order at the moon location.
We told manager lori what happened and she was more then happy to fix the mistake. Wonderful customer service, she changed our whole experience for the day! Thanks Lori!

I like being. I try not to eat it, but it's better than all the other fast food places.

Team can’t even get a simple order correct. Was promised my messed up order by a manager and never received it because the manager on shift “couldn’t do anything about it”. Very rude staff & management. Got the window shut in my face. Masks were half worn and no gloves used. Wouldn’t recommend eating at this specific location.

Drive thru line long tonight, asked for no ice in drink, cup was full of ice. Should have went back and complained
