Burger King, Pittsburgh PA

The drive through is like being in a haunted house. Very creepy. And the window was filthy. The burger not bad.

Burger King on the Southside on point they have the best burgers the fries were fresh and hot the service was great, store clean

Edit: Since posting this I've had many other bad experience at this location. I currently have a 50% success rate getting my order for filled AT ALL, and a 30% success rate at getting it done correctly.

First time at this location, my order was cleared off their screen and not put out, I waited for around 15 minutes trying to get someone to listen to me as people came and left with their food.
Next visit, restaurant is locked when it's supposed to be open, and no sign was posted. I walk over to the drive-thru window to inquire, the lady pauses doing orders, pages someone, acting like I am trying to rob them or something, while continuing to ignore me. Then yells there's not enough workers, basically refusing to serve me.

I came out to treat my daughter and grandkids good food but they forgot my jalapeño peppers was looking to try them.

I luv South Side Burger King so i ordered #2 Double Cheeseburgers got they were Single Cheeseburgers and dingy looking too. I wasn't happy 1st time ever, i need to start looking in the bag before leaving indoors or drive-thru not just @ Burger King everywhere.

It's comic how frequently I can't get into the drive through here, but I have to appreciate how good that's been for my diet. The drive through was closed using traffic cones for a few days. One night I drove through 45 minutes before the advertised closing time to be told they closed for the night. Often they'll just have all the lights turned off.

Is this even a real restaurant? Three times in a row now I’ve gone through the drive through only to hear “sorry we’re closed” from the speaker. One time it was after I already paid for my mobile order, so I had to be refunded. Even when they are open, I’ve never been out of there in less than 15 minutes, it always takes forever. Also, the sign outside says open for dine-in, so I went on my bike today only to find that they’re actually drive through only, and they wouldn’t serve me in the drive through on my bike. I understand they’re probably understaffed but if you can’t keep the place running, why is it open at all. I love Burger King food but I’m done wasting my time with this location.

Its so nice when there is a nice big sign that says dine in open, so you pull your big box truck in to grab your lunch break and the doors locked and sign says drive thru only. I understand businesses are short staffed but at least take down the marquee sign so people with large vehicles dont waste their time

Very on organized. Shorthanded short staffed. But I don’t really think it’s their fault there’s a shortage of workers who want to work at places like this

Couldn't pick up my mobile order because no one was there. There were a few other Burger Kings I could have gone to, but they were listed as temporarily closed, and this one said it was open and I was able to place an order here.

I wouldn't be as disappointed if I knew it was closed before I placed the order and went to pick it up.

The food was horrible had to go to the drive-thru twice to get horrible cold food when I call to speak to the manager Aquila or A Cara or Akesha one of those names SHE WAS VERY DIRESPECTFUL WHEN I TOLD HER IAM CALLING COPRATE / SHE TOLD ME TO TELL THEM HOW SHE IS / TOTALLY APPOLLED WITH BUGERKING ON CARSON ST PGH PA

I came to the Drive-through to order at 10: 29 and they refused to serve me because they are closed while their location hours is until 11 pm BS.

Food was old. And I was waiting for a kids meal and the fries were cold. I will drive to Brentwood before I go here again.

The operator was very rude/impatient, and they messed up my order. I asked for 2 beyond burger with cheese and both had no cheese or mayo, only one with onions. My 8 piece mozzarella was a 6 and the drinks were near flat.

The whole thing was a mess

I don't know if it was the 20 minutes I waited in line or when I finally got up to the window that they told me that they were cash only and there was only two of them so the longer we waited would probably be even longer or if it's the fact that they're actually a Burger King again cuz this was the site of the fake Burger King the ones that had the Burger King sign but weren't selling Burger King so somewhere in between those two experiences I give this five stars

Just left the one on Carson how y’all ain’t got no salads ike can we get a Wendy’s on Carson pleaseeese HIRE PEOPLE WHO WANNA WORK! CUSTOMER IS KEY! Their was NO SPICY PRODUCT! CLOSE THE STORE MAN
