Burger King, Pittsburgh PA

25 minute wait in the drive thru for "fast food" is horrible. They honestly should close this location since it's not keeping up.

Love the food. Always understaffed for breakfast no matter where you go. Dining room rarely open.

It's Burger King. At least the food was hot which is more than I can say tor McDonald's the last time I ate there.

If I could give them no stars I would, horrible service. Waited at the drive through for 20 min just for the girl taking my order to have an attitude every time I ordered something new. Then when I asked for her to please loose her attitude she refused to take my order and told me to leave…so I demanded her manager, when the manager got on the speaker she had the exact same attitude. NEVER will I go there again.

Very rude and it took 20 minutes to go through the drive through. Terrible experience. Worst store ever!

Cashier was absent from station and I waited in line for some time before being attended to. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The cashier short changed me and when I made her aware she was rude. She was not apologetic or tried to resolve the issue. She kept arguing with me that I was wrong. Manager got involved and checked the drawer and realized that I was short changed and gave me my correct change but she also gaslighted me in the process after the cashier was already rude to me. Cashier was busy arguing back and forth with me instead of trying to correct the problem and manager acted as if I shouldn’t say anything. I do not recommend.

It's Burger King what do you expect I got the ghost pepper Whopper and it was pretty good I can't give it five stars because it's a fast food place The workers got the order right I mean the fries are ridiculously salty though

Nice employees but noone works here so I couldn't get food after work, but still paying taxes for unemployment people that should have to work at places like this rather than get my money for free, hard working people can't get a meal Unless they go to places like Chick-fil-A who actually pay their employees a reasonable amount to want to work there unlike these other corporate places like Burger King that been around for a million years and probably have billions to give they have billions to give their employees instead they'd rather just close the doors I guess

Let me order pick up. Got there over 12 people inside eating at 6pm all doors locked no staff came out to say anything.

Sign says it closes at midnight. Staff inside at 11: 15 but completely ignored drive thru line. Multiple cars drove away very disappointed

Waited 17 minutes behind 3 cars at the drive-thru to give my order. Four minutes after I arrived at the speaker, someone asked for my order. 32 minutes after my arrival, I left with a tasty Double cheeseburger and soft-serve cone! Good thing I didn't have anything else to do.

It should NOT take 25mins for 3 cars. The staff is nice but it is wayyyy to slow. I don't know what they be doing but Iean the order is right I just don't get why it takes a whole lunch break for 1 item.

Ordered through app. Went in to pick it up. Stood by register for 15 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Then took another 10 minutes to actually ask what I needed. Forgot to give me an order of fries. Food wasn't even fresh. Will not be returning to this Burger King.

For lunch I had an impossible burger. It was really very good. I think Burger King is one of the better fast food restaurants

As we waited for a basic order, one of the workers ripped off her headset and started screaming because the lady who took our order said she needed fries. Nobody in this place. Wow! Close it down.

Have been to this location 2 times in the last 3 months. Both times I ended up not getting any food.

The drive thru is unnecessarily long and ended up leaving after 10 and 15 minutes respectively each time.

I can't speak to the quality of food, but if you want it fast, use another location.

Food is usualy good here. Not today though. Very slow service today. The person at the window taking orders was also baging food & drinks for customers. Shouldn't that be seperate jobs? Ordered one wopper which was not hot so cheese was not melted at all.

First I'm asked to round up for a veterans charity. I politely declined to which the old lady with the order spouts "poor dead veterans" after I get my drink and my food I advised her she forgot my receipt. The sign on the window says " If we forget your receipt you get a 10$ gift card" I inquired where do I get the gift card from to which she snaps "You don't you have your receipt in you hand. " I yeah after getting my food and telling you that I didn't get my receipt.

So they don't honor their own policy and the service is rude. Ruder than I've ever been treated at any other BK. False advertising, ride service. This place deserves to be out of business.

BK 415 home st. Pittsburgh. Shame on you for hiring rude people like that. Worse yet for not honoring your own policy about receipts. Because once I get my food the transaction is over. If I have to remind you about my receipt then you "Forgot" to give me one.

Personal advice. Ig you want to visit a BK. Pick any BK except this one.

Now up to 5 unretuened calls from the help line. What horrible service from TOP down. No wonder they hire such rude and uncaring people who can't even obey their own policy!
