14Didn't order anything, Took someone 5 mins in the drive thru for someone to even acknowledge that I was there. To top it of the lady who responded finally says " we'll be with you when we get to you". Mind you there was nobody ahead of me in the drive thru and nobody dining in. Get it together!
I had a really bad experience today at a Wendy's. I decided to go to Burger King on Kidder St in Wilkes Barre instead. I would like to thank management and all employees at this Burger King. I went through the drive-tnru and ordered. They are all respectful and professional. All in all it was a great experience and I felt much better after my experience earlier in the day. So thanks again. I will definitely recommend going to this Burger King to everyone I know.
Waited 20 minutes in the drive through to get the wrong food.since the dining room is not open anymore I had to wait in line again to get the right food
They handled my food allergy safely, which I appreciate tremendously. The people were pleasant. The food was. Well, Burger King. Not usually my thing, and mediocre fare in general, but I'll give them three stars on that because it's what people expect when they go to Burger King.
The most important thing is that their staff were adequately trained for safety, and that's a huge accomplishment for a fast food restaurant.
Burger King has gotten so ridiculous it is not funny they close their doors at 6: 00 p.m. Don't allow anybody into the restaurant and everything is drive-thru that is too early to be closing the doors don't think I'll be eating there anymore
Not sure which was worse the attitudes or the food. They couldn't even get the 2 cokes right. Don't waste your money at this terrible location.
THE STAFF IS RUDE I ORDERED THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH AND THE GUY THAT WAS THERE KEPT SAYING ANYTHING ELSE ANYTHING ELSE ARE U DONE AFTER EVERY ITEM THEN I SAID I NEED TO MAKE IT 2 SEPRATE ORDERS AND GOT A SIGH BUT HE DID IT THEN I GOT TO THE WINDOW AND RECEIVED MORE OF HIS DISGUSTING ATTITUDE HE CHARGED THE WRONG ORDER TO MY HUSBANDS CARD AND YELLED AT US BECAUSE OF HIS OWN MISTAKE SO I DROVE OFF AND THE ORDER WAS NEVER REFUNDED I NEVER GOT FOOD AND HE YELLED AND GAVE MY HUSBAND AND I THE MOST DISGUSTING ATTITUDE IT SEEMS LIKE HE DIDN'T EVEN WANT TO BE THERE I WOULD RECOMMEND NOT EATING AT BURGER KING.
Lobby not open. Ordered food on the app. Expected to sit down inside and eat. Nope Lobby is closed.
When we pulled up we saw a person sitting down inside eating. Turns out it was the manager, or some other employee.
Was told they don't have the staff to have the lobby open. Give me a spray bottle and some paper towels and I'll clean my own table when I'm done.
I hate eating food in my car.
Dine-in closed, staffing issues, embarassing. Whole crew should be replaced without question to get this place running properly. No reason to return or recommend.
It's a Burger King. Tryed their new sourdough bun. Nice for something different.

Staff always forgets to add things that is asked. Everytime I come here It always takes me 35 mins to get through the drive through.
Was picking up food for my boss and the worker proceeded to hand me 6 drinks with no carrier. I asked about a carrier to which he just said they don’t have any. No explanation or assistance as to what to do with 6 drinks about to spill all over my car. I know it’s not their job to care what happens with my food after it leaves the window, but some actual friendly customer service would have been nice instead of ignoring the problem and watching me clean up soda off of my seat after they began to tip over. I know everyone is having shortages and understaffed locations but at least hire people with some customer service skill. Will not be going here again.
For a pre mothers day treat, my 3 kids just went here. Spent 32$ for: a WHOLE ATTITUDE PROBLEM SIMPLY FOR ORDERING APPARENTLY. Wrong slushy ordered out of 2 flavor choices, ALSO COMPLETELY COLD SANDWICHES - 2 Wopper Melts w NO CARMELIZED ONIONS.and 2 burgers that were made hours ago. ZERO SALT on the fries, but they were warm at least. Worst meal ever served by a manager with apparently zero customer service skills. I never leave bad reviews because I can normally relate.but this was uncalled for and incredibly ruined our family dinner. I had never tried a whopper melt either. I was not impressed. Sadly.
