Burger King, Tannersville PA

Ordered the new impossible king. They didn't know what I was talking about. Then when they understood what im ordering they didn't make it correctly. There was no cheese. And cold fries.
$12 for a small, cold, sad, cheeseless lunch?

THIS specific B. K.was by far the worst I've ever been to. And I'm a B. K.loyalist.
I wasn't allowed to use 2 separate coupons in 2 separate orders. I was told I had to iterally drive through TWICE. SMH
Then, the food in the first order took over 10 minutes to receive (Not one car behind us). I was told by the manager that they/she was short staffed so I asked her, "Wouldn't it have been more convenient to allow me to use the 2 coupons in 2 separate orders? " I was told I had to drive through. Again.
So I did. This food also took over 10 minutes to recieve. And again. Not one car behind us.
The only good thing was that the manager gave me 2 Zesty sauces when I asked for them without charging me. Maybe she sensed the tension between us after spending the last 25 minutes with her and spending $15.

Place is awful on the burger king side and the gas station side the employees are very rude and act like they don't even work there

Worse Burger King to go too In area. Food is always cold. It does not matter if they are slow busy or time of day. Food is always cold. I live 5 min away and Rather drive to stroudsburg 20 min away.

Waited forever for a coffee while employee were both playing on their phones not paying any attention to monitors or customers. Coffee lid was not properly put in coffee spilled all over my hand. Will never go there again!

Onion rings tasted like dirty oil.and were cold.opened up my burger to find a long hair.management was nice at the window.

Very small. Automated ordering or driveup. Made while I waited. Good fries. Efficient staff. Bargain combo.

First the drive through was closed but there was no sign or any indication of this. My dad ordered a #1 with cheese and no lettuce. Please tell me what in this photo is a whopper? Also he ordered onion rings. I didn’t realize chicken nuggets were now called onion rings. And finally the last grey looking sandwich which was not ordered by us at all. To whoever runs this location you should honestly just close. As someone that has worked in the food industry for years this is embarrassing on your part and frustrating for the customer. I recommend anyone looking for something quick and convenient go somewhere else bc this was not even close to that. I recommend visiting Wendy’s right around the corner, or even the local deli. I hope whoever reads this finds it helpful when deciding if you should eat here. I would give it 0 stars but sadly I can’t. Have a great day!

Edit: today I got a call from the manager who was very nice and I was issued a refund. Thank you!

This place has gone so far downhill and it makes me sad because this was my first job. I went in there yesterday to get food and I saw who I assume to be the GM walking around in a grey shirt and leggings, no semblance of uniform whatsoever. She was also chewing gum at front counter with her mouth open. My food was wrapped so horribly that I'm even surprised it was wrapped at all. She also yelled from the front of the store to the back of the store for an employee to get off his phone instead of walking back and telling him. I don't think I'll be back if I can help it

So much better than the ones in New Jersey. Don’t mind them not wearing masks because I got my two vaccines

I ordered my food and got everything but my hershey pies. I paid $5 for food I did not get. The workers do not know how to properly wear a mask either. I would like to get my food's worth.

If i could give them less than 1 star i will do it!
Food is cold, and they missed one fryze and the staff not nice at all.

There always slow, they should take there franchise, I never complain but this place is bad, no mater what time, I own a few restaurants, it’s really nuts they allow this, unreal!

Drive thru service was too slow. Perhaps due to Covid. But there were no customers inside.

Service is horrible at the drive thru waited over 15 minutes while they kept telling me to wait another minute and the girl that attended me was very rude.

Horrible experience. Had to wait in the drive thru for more than 30 minutes and I still wasn’t at the machine to order. Ended up leaving because I needed to get home. Doesn’t exactly live up to the title of “fast food”

All the workers must be stoned. There were 5 of them in there and it took 10 minutes waiting on the order station 45 minutes in the actual line. We thought that would be the end of it my son got hair in his burger and my daughter had raw nuggets. My order was wrong and I had to go complain to the manager. He seemed like he didn’t even care about the fact that I asked for no Mayo. I had and an allergic reaction to the mayo and had to go to the hospital throwing up. Seriously never go here.

Very bad, waited in line for about 30 minutes and had to drive away without the order.we didn’t even get to tell them our order, but decided it was not worth it to wait in line for however long.can’t believe they would run a place like that.very disappointed!: (
