14Always missing or wrong food. It's really gone down hill in quality. Burger King as a whole is pretty bad now.
While waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru, I had the pleasure of witnessing an employee be accosted by the manager for getting mad and yelling at a coworker in front of customers. Once I got to the window (after wasting the entirety of my lunch break), I had to explain 3 times that I placed a mobile order, yet they kept trying to give me someone else's order. These issues have been recurring for months now and every time I go back to see if it's any better, it never is. This place has some serious problems right now.
It took 20+ minutes to get our food and when we did it was cold. The restaurant and restrooms were clean enough.
When I got there they had only 2 people working. Then after standing in line for 10 minutes a 3rd employee pops up to ask if I've ordered. As I was waiting for my food an older couple who were waiting also decided to not wait any longer and leave. I was about to do the same until mystery employee came to take my order. Food was hot that's the only good thing I'd say
Short staffed, slow, rude. After I paid, the window person tells us they short staffed. Then waited 1hr. For what cold meal. This place needs to be shut down.
BK food should all be the same, that's why you go to BK. After a long flight stopping for a quick bite before a long ride home. Unexpected the double cheese burger to be fresh. Not a stale bun and seemed like old meat. I won't stop there again.
The girl with the long red hair was so sweet! She deserves a raise! They were understaffed and she was doing her best and was so friendly!
Stop serving people old, cold food. It's not making the lines go any faster and it's disgusting.
I gave this restaurant two chances using the drive-thru. Horrible experience both times. Cold food, slow to get food l. Overall
the employees were bad at their jobs and rude.
I ordered and waited 45 mins to get my food. Not only was my food cold I also got the wrong order. There was onion rings in the bottom of my bag and I didn’t even order onion rings. The buns and the nuggets were hard and dry. Nobody was wearing gloves while handling the fries and the one guy that was wearing gloves was touching everything and he didn’t change them. I want my money back. Will never go here again.
I went through the drive thru around lunch first the manager who took my order was very rude and unprofessional. Huffing and puffing while taking my order. Then to top it all off it was like they purposely made all of my food nasty and sloppy. Way to much mayo on burgers. So much so that it's coming out the sides of it on to the top bun. Everything jus looked like that was jus thrown on there. And the sad part is the manager was the driving force of it all.
Me and my Grandsons wanted burger King so I ordered on the app expecting it to be ready when we got there. We pull up and when we get to the window we wait for about 10 minutes before our food was handed to us. Then the guy almost got away with not giving me my son's coke until my Grandson noticed. Hey, they did give us a free large for the price of a medium and a free medium for the price of a small. Food was pretty good. Overall a three star rating.
I pull up to the intercom, and as soon as I say that “I didn’t ask for only the sandwich” Unnecessary attitude was given, From some girl at the window. Then we calmly asked about the manager position and manager was giving attitude with no reasonable cause.
I love my job here. My favorite spot to work is at the drive-thru. I look forward to growing with Burger King over the years.
