Too many young kids hanging in and around store. Also my order was not correct. My bread was not toasted! Very disappointed! Will not stop there again.

The Burger King on Rising Sun Ave in Philadelphia can take up to 20 minutes for 3 cars to be served at their drive through. Out of the 3 times I visited the facility 2 times my order was wrong. The wait time is unacceptable and the food is cold. I will never eat here again.

Does it always seem like I arrive at this place after the cashier has been thoroughly harassed by a past customer.

HORRIBLE! I don’t know why I try to give this place a chance, my experience is worst every time! Food is terrible, the staff rude! The wait is always very long! And the price is higher than other BKs. Don’t waste your time and money!

Ordered takeout and sit in to dine nice and clean all around real nice stuff this experience actually made my day much better

Never go here if you're in a hurry, it doesn't matter the time of day, or where you go in to order, or do drive through, you will wait 15 minutes plus.you'd have a shorter wait at a sit do wn restaurant for your food. Quality of food is fine, the service time is horrendous.

I walked into this Burger King today and was more than satisfied with the service as well as my food. The manager was very welcoming and in an amazing mood as well. She was very patient and waited for me as I looked over the menu and also gave me the best options as far as burgers due to me being undecided lol. After she took my order I watched her as she did an amazing job at managing the young men in the kitchen. After observing I definitely had to ask her for her name so I that I could give her a great review! I want to give Talya her Credit! Her service was amazing! If you're looking for great service and a good burger this is the place!

Oh My Goodness. I love Burger King’s food but truly dislike this restaurant. Either the coffee is not available at 7 am, no nuggets at the end of the school day, food is expensive, and the waiting period is too long. So many times, I wanted to go behind the register and show the staff how to proactively work. A restaurant with so much potential but…

I just want to say that I have never left a review for anything, but the service that I received today was SO EXTRAORDINARY that I had to take the time to let you all know:) …. Inside of the restaurant was nice and clean, the service was fast, and the employees were ALL well mannered, respectful, and extremely nice:) I love you to see colored people showing such class. Keep up the good work, guys? I’ll definitely be back soon:)

Ordered a simple double chs burger no ketchup.don't know why this place is still open burger came with ketchup the cheese was not melted and of course it wasn't cause it was cold and the meat was dark and discolored.
I trashed it the same way they should trash that BK or get all new staff.they just don't GAF. I'll never go there again

Always something. No stock. No staff. Close early. Rushed food when you do get something. Attitude. Throw the whole store away

This place goes from bad to worst. After a Parade of Managers they still can't get their stuff together. Where do I start? I ordered a King Burger with fries and they gave me a burger that looked like a slider. No tomato or cheese, a big chunk of onion that was bigger than the pattie, 7 pickle slices and a dull piece of lettuce. The soda was stale, no straw in the bag, and the fries had more chunks of chicken fries than anything. At least they gave me 12 packets of ketchup for the 7 fries.

Its a ok restaurant it just always something like they only taking cards no cash or the other way around but service is great!

Typical staff not wanting to any work. I see three people inside, and a gentleman gets on the intercom with an attitude telling me he’s not doing my order unless I order it on the mobile app. I ask him since I’m here in the drive-through, you cannot just process it for me? And he answers in a smug tone “nope “ and hangs up. No wonder why everyone feels so entitled, very difficult to find semi good workers these days.

I just ordered 2 chicken junior sandwiches no mayor from the drive thru, I got home, extra mayo on both and the worse both of them had pieces of American cheese stuck on the chicken. I will never get food from there anymore. This restaurant should be under a solid management staff. 70% of the time, they get the food wrong

Food was great but not fast because there were so many Drive-In customers and there were so many Eden customers and they were understaffed I felt sorry for the workers that were there. I hardly ever eat fast food. Every once in awhile it's convenient. You can almost never go wrong with Burger King.

Horrible service only two persons working in the whole restaurant waiting forever in the Drive-Thru and the food was not good

Bad employees. I ordered online and when I got there no body at the counter, I wait about 10 minutes before I asked one of employee at the back twice, but she didn’t care.

Terrible service, charged me for things i didn't ask for, gave me all cold food, flat soda with no ice, wait is long. Third time in a row experiencing this dumb stuff, just close this place down already I will never come back again. And will tell my friends and family to never come here either.
