Burger King, Philadelphia PA

I go to this location on occasion. I pulled up and I must have misunderstood the person on the other end of the mic.

He mumbled something, as I pulled up; so, I start ordering, thinking he was prompting me to order. Instead, he shouts at me to wait, until he is ready. That behaviour was unexpected, unwarranted and rude beyond measure. I was no longer hungry for a juicy chargrilled burger.

Normally, I might park and go inside to speak with a manager. But, I decided not to bother and pulled off, continuing on with my errands. Still, it stuck out and I remember the voice/dialect.

Disappointing behaviour.

Typical fast food restaurant.people on th speaker are rude.the large looks like a small.homeless people camped out inside.what else can I say?

Pulled up to the drive thru and the female was unprofessional rude m, they seemed like the were playing, had to sit in parking lot for 15 min waiting for my food, well so much for fast food.do your self a favor go to Wendy's instead.

I used to work herethree months ago, There is Structure and sanitation to a certain extent.
Majority of the managers have attitude problems.
They don't broil the burgers fully, so if you get sick eating their burgers you'll know why.

The place is very dirty.
Their food is also not fresh, as they bake their burgers and fries ahead of time and only reheat them when you place an order.

First visit here was great. This visit, not so much. Burgers were barely warm and fries were soggy and old. You could clearly tell there was a different manager on site. Kids that meet and hang out here are usually polite and respectful but there were a few visiting this time that were raised improperly and were sitting on the tables and needed some lessons in restaurant etiquette and table manners. Management and also local school kids please do better.

This has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had out of all the 20+ years I visited Burger King not only did management not wanna help they called the police and said I threatened them with a gun all not do your jobs BK THANKS FOR THE CHECK I JUST WANTED A WHOPPER I hope corporate see this

Had a line of 10 cars just waiting in the line and informing customers Banging on the window. They would tell the people in drive through to give them a minute and then not respond again or even make their food. I never seen anything like it. Absolutely terrible and ignorant

Every time I order onoin rings they give me fries. This has happened twice. They don't even tell you they don't have it. Also ordered two of the new bacon melts and they were raw and not toasted.

Burger King offers great coupons. So, I was able to treat myself and a few folks to some burgers and fries. The food was hot and good. The staff were friendly.

This is not having it our way. The managers can't even make substitution always a nasty attitude from one of the staff if not the other and the food sucks and they Price is the highest out of all the bk in the city

No one in line and it took a while for cashier to ask for order. No one in lobby ordered IMPOSSIBLE BURGER AND ONION RINGS. Both were lukewarm as I tried to eat while driving off. No mustard is added to sandwich only packets. No longer have it your way. Please ask for napkins before you pull off because you won't have any otherwise.

Had to wait a long time for food. They only had 1 cashier working the front counter. 1 person act like he didn't want to fix any sandwiches.

Good food. Good customer service. Extremely crowded when the school across the street lets out.

Ordered ahead of time on mobile app…. Got there and no one was in line or in store. Let them know i preordered and paid already. Still made me wait and told me to go around front and park. All i ordered was two whopper jrs and fries. Got my food after 15min wait. Opened the whoppers and was terrible. One had an onion size of the burger no lettuce. Other one had no tomato just half piece of onion and lettuce outside the burger in wrapper. I mean i can understand somewhat if they was rushing because of a long line or orders but i was the inly one there waiting…. I think this my last time eating burger king.

Everything was cool i had the spicy big chicken sandwich. Service was cool the manager save the day. With good conversation and assistance with my order. The original cashier need to smile more if she wanna wrk there

This is the worst Burger King I have ever been to. I ordered a Bacon King, and they gave me some disgusting chicken sandwich that I managed to take one bite of and I had to throw the rest away. Soggy, chewy lettuce, off-tasting mayo, and flavorless/cardboard chicken. Chicken fries were cold. No salt on the French fries, but that's nothing new. The drink was the only acceptable part of this meal. Please do yourself a favor and drive 200 more feet to Wendy's, they'll take half as long and be twice as good.

I had a good experience last night cashiers were very nice. She was a lightskin older lady. Great food & great customer service.

WOWW HAVEN'T EATEN BURGER KING IN 5YRS. I STOPPED AT THIS LOCATION BECAUSE I ALWAYS SEE LINES THERE, BUT NEVER AT WENDY'S ACROSS THE ST. SO I ORDERED A DOUBLE WHOPPER WITH CHEESE BEST FAST FOOD BURGER I HAD IN YRS, FLAVORFUL AND MOIST AND MOST IMPORTANT "HOT" FRESHLY MADE. ONIONS RINGS CRISPY BUT MOIST AND "HOT". I JUST TRIED TO CALL THE MANAGER TO TELL HER HOW GREAT IT WAS

Burger King is the one fast food place you should be going to if you are looking for a burger. For myself, outside of 5 Guys, I'm going to BK for a good burger. The flame broil makes every bit of a difference.

This Burger King is at a busy intersection (Wayne Ave.and Chelten Ave.) and usually gets a good bit of traffic coming through. The food is normally good and fresh. Staff could be a bit friendlier/peppy, but maybe because of the environment and customer base they have to deal with daily. Overall, as long as Burger King has fresh food and competent staff (don't necessarily have to be "peppy") then I will be getting burgers from here.
