Burger King, Levittown PA

The place is pretty clean, their was one trash can that was over filled. I ordered a whopper and onion rings. I was surprised they didn't ask if I wanted cheese on the whoppe. I asked for the zesty sauce for the onion rings and for a large they only gave me one. A little disappointed but I guess they were saving money. The whopper is better than a McDonald's burger most of the time. This time it seemed to be on the dry side. And the onion rings were a little under cooked or sitting for a while because they weren't Crispy and just warm.

It is great they never disappoint me they have amazing burgers and drinks but the French fries are a little to big but everything else is great

I want to say the customer service was great! Larry really helped and made sure my order was taken care of definitely 5 stars! I know how busy you guys are and he really took the time to help fix my order!

Ordered a Bacon King it never comes with pickles you select it and by default it has no pickles but the Manager decide to argu with me and swear it comes with them but no he's wrong and now I'm stuck with 20 less dollars and a hunger stomach

They mesh my order up when I returned to get a fixed order. They messed the second one up. I had to go three times and I am still unsatisfied because I did not get what I wanted

They act like there closed around 8 pm all the time even tho there’s workers inside don’t waste your time going here past 730pm

Don't always have the best of service, but the food is great for fast food. The employees are people, they are gonna mess up. The doors close at 4 in the winter, I've gone there before just to be locked out. Overall good food and solid service most of the time.

I awaken in a cold sweat, my entire being aches as if I just been crushed by a giant Whopper. I look around bewildered. "Am. Am I back in the kingdom? ". I attempt to get up and nearly collapse from pain. "Was that all a dream? ! Everything feels so real. " I manage to stumble towards the window. Looking out it appears everything is normal. Yet it brings me great worry to see everything so calm. My worry is quickly interrupted by the chamber door swinging open. "You're awake my lord! " Said Knight James of Favonius, Master of healing.
"I've come to show you this new instru-". I cut him off with quick haste. "Not now James. I have other matters to attend. " Without even realizing it, Knight James already healed my wounds. Feeling prickly as a pickle I made my way, time to see whats changed in the time I've been gone. Before I could even make it 3 steps out the kingdom walls chaos sprung. I'm struck by a bolt of red lightning, powerful enough to launch me backwards. My eyes dart looking for whomever assaulted me. "It was I! The evil witch Robiana! " Shouted the mysterious attacker. I look around trying to spot that of a witch but avail to nothing. Suddenly, a simple man approaches me weilding nothing but a staff and a bottle of strange potion. Glaring at them with great tension I asked "And who do we have here? " The man stepped forward and cracked a smile. He took another step forward, at this point we are face to face. He laughed maliciously, and then proceeded to instruct me to "Mind ya business. ". As soon these words left his mouth I felt a force launch me through the castle walls, completely demolshing the wall and probably all my bones from his attack. I lay there on the brink of death and pass out. Nothing about this day was normal, then again nothing is in the life of the Bacon King.

Happy to see the inside was open its been so long only drive tru. The employees seemed happy to be there and serve me. Great experience

Love their hot spicy chicken sandwich and mozzarella sticks the service was great they did not screw up the order everyone was friendly

This burger King is always a hit or miss when it comes to thier food. It's not always good and not always hot. The menu is a bit confusing to read when it comes to the deals. I use the drive through and it's rare to get someone that is having a good day. I'm always polite and say thank you and more than half of the time I don't even get acknowledged.

Came here at 4 o'clock on a Wednesday with my kids to sit down and eat and all the doors are locked I see a few customers inside sitting down and eating I knocked on the door The workers do not even try to look at you I guess they decide to not have no more guests inside just drive-through it is ridiculous how fast food companies are doing this I would never come here and eat or order anything from this place ever again

If you're actually in the mood to eat food don't use the drive thru - ordered online, sat at the speaker for 10 minutes and was never acknowledged. Yes they were open. Guess I'm eating McDonald's tonight

Just went through the drive through today at 2pm. Only 1 car was in line so it wasn't busy. There were at least 5 people working, so not a personel issue. We ordered 1 whopper meal, 1 4 piece kids meal, and 2 chicken sandwiches. Immediately there was an issue and we had to wait for 10 minutes in the drive through to pay while they redid our transaction because they made a mistake. That was not a huge deal to us, we know mistakes happen. But then they handed us a kids meal with no chicken nuggets. We nicely told them and they added them to the bag. When I got home there were only 3 nuggets and her fries were ice cold. Not room temperature - ice cold. My whopper was cold. My boyfriend's cheese on his sandwiches was not even melted. So disappointed to spend 30 dollars on cold bag of mediocrity.

During my most recent visit to this location, I had a very unfair experience. I was visiting this Burger King with a medium group of friends after school. We ordered food and we were paying customers for several orders. Most of us spent our visit sitting at the tables in the children’s/play area. We were there for a few hours continuously ordering food, doing homework, and hanging out. During our time here, a few of my friends that I did not arrive at the Burger King with were inside of the playset and were told by an employee to get off. They immediately complied and did not enter it again after this. At one point where we would have been getting ready to leave soon, we were confronted by an employee we believe to be named “Marmony” forcing us to leave the Burger King because “we were too old to be on the playset”. At this time, none of us were on the playset or causing any commotion. One of our friend’s younger brothers was sitting down on an object attached to the playset, which is what provoked this employee to kick us out. After she explained that anybody 12 and under could not enter the playset, we explained that our friend was of this age and she refused to listen to proceeded to make us leave.

First time here. Everyone was nice. Service was great. Food was good and nice and hot. I feel Burger Kings comes first, then Wendy's. The rest, hmmm. Come visit. It's in a nice country area.

Went thru the drive for whopper Wednesday. First off the person in drive thru wasn't paying attention because I had to keep repeating my order. Then never told us our total. Get to pickup window realized he rung up the order his way instead of what I ask for. Which resulted in a higher price. If fast good workers are not going to listen and rush you through the order then you don't deserve $15.00. To have a job is to do it right every time. Next time do not spend customers money to your likened. Listen to them because we are paying for it. Will not go back to this location

Food was great and services was great but it was really slow and they only had one person running the drive thru
