Burger King, Conshohocken PA

I'm waiting off of the food service. They messed up my food and they got the order you can't mess a plain burger up with just onions cheese and pickles so you get low ratings cuz you messed my food up and it cost me money

Giving this BK a 5/5! The manager & crew made the experience wonderful and creates a great atmosphere. The crew works hard to get food out in a timely manner. We got two whoppers, chicken fries, French fries, & onion rings. Everything was fresh & hot. It’s one of the quickest burger kings I’ve eaten at to date. Not to mention we sat inside& it brought back the nostalgia I’ve been longing for from my fast food experience. Had the types of tables & chairs that don’t move (which I love)! Great BK, would recommend.

Ordered ahead and still got parked. Waiting half hour before leaving without food. Awful service. Do better or why are you even open

I don’t know what’s going on but I just went here to get a ice cream cone and 2 classic bk Royal chicken wraps the wraps was horrible they the chicken didn’t seem to be fried. And it was blubbery and slimy. I tried calling to let them know I want my money back cause I threw them both away but no answer

This location is becoming the hood! The dark skin female with all that synthetic weave flying everywhere that be in drive thru and the heavy manager with the wig baby hairs on her eyebrows was being rude for no reason. I also heard one of them call me ugly when I turned my back. I didn’t respond because they couldn’t say it to my face. Just ghetto for no reason. Every time I come in there that drive thru chick is always miserable for no reason. Just angry for no reason. Like I’m supposed to have my way as the customer! That attitude is not having it my way at all! Training needs to be in these employees near future. Do better! I should’ve took pictures but the manager looked like a rhino in a lace front, and the drive thru one look like a baboon with a synthetic wig on.

Ordered a #5 Jr. Whopper Meal and a separate order of large fries and small coke. Drive through window.was $16 and some change! Asked why and an adjustment was made for $2.00. Had asked in the the Drive through for no onions - lady at drive through was not a happy camper and said "they don't cime with onion anyways". It had onion on it! Couldn't eat it and had already druven away. It was a mess of a sandwhich.slapped together and sloppy. Just uneatable! I had already gone into the store to explain and honestly just gave up. Never again will we go there - ever! Couldn't eat the sandwich and paid $14 and some change for terrible food and service. Should have gone to Diner.

It is Buger King. The burgers are hot. Prepared as you want. The counter staff is very nice and friendly. Looking for a quick burger stop in

I didn't like it at all, the attention of the girl who served us was very impolite, she threw the food at me, she ignored me, everything was very bad.
And the salty burgers just like the potatoes

Some franchises are bad, some are good, a few are GREAT. This BK is clean and runs well.it's a pleasure to eat here.

I understand that this is a fast food establishment but does that give the staff the right to treat a paying customer with such ignorance and distaste? The man at the drive thru was so impatient and rude. When we asked for the Wednesday Whopper deal he was to busy trying to brush us off and hurry us that we didn't get the deal. And honestly who feels like arguing with such arrogance? We couldn't even get a Hello or a Thank you? Here's my thing, if you don't like your job why continue to work there and try to make everyone as miserable as you? Do yourself a favor Burger King and check our staff. In the world we live today nobody can afford poor customer service with the prices we pay for your product.

We came to the booth to order our food and the person listing our food was extremely rude. The food was also old and stale. They also didn't give us our correct order of food.

Yes, it’s fast food. I’m aware it won’t be a 5 star service but wow was I disappointed! The way they talked to us was belittling, like we were beneath them for even asking a question. As soon as I asked for a manager to help me out, one went to make my drink and conveniently enough, my soda tasted like old sparkling water with salt in it. Taught me to not say anything until after my food’s made. Please just be kinder.

Now, they know what time it is! Fast food!

Staff is rude. I was charged $9.11 for a whopper on whopper Wednesday. I asked about the breakdown of the pricing, the lady at the window cut me off and told me I should've told them I wanted the discount. I asked again but she proceeded to cut me off and told me to come in if I want my problem solved. I went in but still didn't get a breakdown. The lady at the window just said it's because of the bacon and cheese on my sandwich that made it so expensive although on my receipt, it indicated that I paid full price for the sandwich that included the bacon and cheese.

Has to be the most unorganized and unprofessional Burger King I e ever experienced. I don’t expect much from a Burger King but this a whole new level.

Congrats BK! This is a new level of far this franchise has fallen off. Have some level of professionalism and standard.

This location is one of the busiest restaurants, but they get you " in & out " with no complaints.

Great customer service by the manager. My order wasn’t billed correctly, and he went out of his way to make it right.

I felt bad for the employees, who were clearly overworked, underappreciated, and most notably, understaffed.

It's a great place. You would be happy to get value for your money. Visit the place, you will be happy you did.

Food was fine as to be expected but it was very difficult to get through staffs attention and the store wasn't very clean.
