Burger King, Mechanicsburg PA

Staff usually friendly. Food as you would expect. They make mistakes on drive thru orders about 20% of the time.

Went yesterday with a group of friends, left with food poisoning. We had to ask the employees to clean tables for us to sit, all tables were covered in crumbs. We didn't notice until after we ate that our burgers, even the one veggie burger, was under cooked. The only one out of us 4 to not get sick had chicken fries, the rest of us had whoppers and an impossible whopper. Service was ok, just really upset the tables weren't clean because on of us had a gluten allergy and a crumb can easily cause hives on their arms.

They had the place fully decked out with a throne and cape and crown and a scepter take pictures with! Special shiny crowns and a red carpet! Just on a random Saturday! Awesome employees and just fun to be there!

I know inflation is hitting us but come on not by 50%, as it seems that's the volume lost in these mozzarella sticks.

The people (person) working was super nice to my family and helpful. My son ended up throwing up in the drive thru lane and the guy thankfully quickly passed out a drink (we hadn't purchased a drink) thank you again. The BKs in the area where we are from the employees just walk away from us

This Burger King was ok. The service was fast, they ran out of sweet tea. We went through the drive thru so I can't say anything about the inside of the restaurant. The cashier was pleasant. The food was hot.

I wanted to try the new hot nuggets to see if it will be too hot & they wouldn’t even let me try one/ so I canceled my whole order & they lost a sell for two adults & three children because of one little nugget. SMH

It's hard to beat "The King" for value and tasty food fast. The crew worked hard and were great.

They do not pay any attention to the syrup for the sodas (meaning flavored seltzer water, Disgusting, so I had to drive 38 mins back just to get 4 replacement drinks. And they do not refund FYI unless you have every item on the order. I had already dropped my family off and they were thirsty and to our surprise the sodas were no good. Make sure to check your orders and beverages. And I called corporate and all they gave me was 5 whole dollars thinking that would want me to come back, nope. Terrible policy.
Subway or McDonalds would have refunded me everything just saying!

Usually fast service during lunch hr. The “fiery” nuggets are so gross. What happened to the old ones that used to be served?

When they say have it your way, they mean it. I ordered a sandwich that doesn't come with any lettuce tomato or onion and so I asked for lettuce and they added it without any issues. I always use the drive thru. Love the frozen cokes!

It was late and I drove all the way home and found out there was no cheese on our burgers. They wouldn't refund the next day with pic and receipt, even after they said to come with receipt on a 2nd trip. Said I shoulda driven all the way back there with the burgers the night it happened. Ridiculous, horrible customer service. I even called the district manager; no better, he offered a refund for the cheese LOL. Beware and check your food before you leave I guess.

The food was as good as to be expected from fast food. The service was great and quick. Food was hot and fresh.

It's fast food, but it was good. Had the whopper Jr meal with a milk shake. Burger was good, fries were fresh and not overly salted, staff was very friendly, and the shake machine was working. I do wish they would bring back strawberry milk shakes. Make me go to sheetz or chick a filet because they do have strawberry shakes.

It's Burger King.not Chik fil a level service but at least they got the order right unlike McDonald's.

Got 2 for $6 breakfast sandwich that had double meat as part of the promotion. Neither was double meat, and the bacon sandwich looked like it was stepped on. Not going back, don't waste your money.

Staff was excellent and the food was at par. Soda machine was set at basic and they got us anything from the back machine. Centrally located and not too crowded.
