Burger King, Feasterville-Trevose PA

You don’t come across employees like Jared and James too often. Every time I visit this location, I’am always greeted with a positive attitude and politeness. The service is quick and the food is hot & delicious.

To give you a quick idea of how well they work (especially in tandem), one day I’m guessing they were short staff. Jared took my order and I pulled up to pay and James was at the window, I paid and proceeded to the next window and James was there to hand it to me. Above and beyond service.

I always sit at the order screen for a long time when I come here. They seem to take a lot longer onger than McDonald's.

I don’t even want to give one star. There was mold on my chiken sandwich.
I can’t even explain how sick and disgusted I feel right now. Definitely need to report them! This is what we are feeding our kids with? Good job BURGER KING!

The employee kept staring at me then flipped me off when I asked why she kept looking at me.

Upon entering the restaurant, it was immediately evident that the cleanliness standards were not up to par. The lobby area was dirty and disgusting, with unclean tables and chairs. The floors appeared to be in dire need of a thorough sweep and mop.
To make matters worse, the trash cans were overflowing.
Given the unsanitary conditions and the unappealing atmosphere, I decided to leave without purchasing anything.

The only issue I have with this Burger Kind is that, for some odd reason, their smart pay does not allow AMEX. Anywhere else I go, the McDonald's, Panera, Taco bell, Arby's, etc. That are around this BK, my smart pay goes right through. You lose my business weekly due to your smart pay errors. Please fix.

Young people at the cashire do not try to understand customers even not listening were you talking very bad service…

Fast friendly and accurate. BK quality at its finest. I’m rating it 5 stars for what it is, it’s a BK not a five guys not some other high end burger joint. You get a good burger at a fair price, if you want an amazing burger that makes your eyes roll back in your head when you take a bite you need a bigger budget.

Real nice inside, just need a bit more of a decent greeting when ordering and someone else bringing your food to counter

The workers in this location with attitude looks like they don't want to work, and I'm not pushing them to work. I'm paying for my food just be a nice with customers.

Fast food has taken a real hit. It's difficult to stay staffed properly and please customers.
I've learned walk-in is easier than drive thru.
I went inside, received prompt service, and got my door quickly.
Didn't get the front line worker's name but the manager Zaire (sp?) Seems like a great dude and made sure my order was right.

This Burger King is top of most Burger Kings I've been to lately. The staff here actually listens to your order when you say No pickles and No mayo on your sandwich. I Don't have to tell them 20 times what I want. I love it here

Kind amazing people here forgot my credit card and they gave the food for free to me and over all the food was great

Just went through the drive in and when I got home realized the order was wrong. Ordered a big fish…. Fine …. Ordered a single quarter pounder BK king with pickles and onions cheese and sauce. Got a double small bacon burger no onion and no pickles and no sauce. I called the store 3x no answer.zFourth attempt, a young man answered and just said OK and hung up on me. Offered no solution. I called again and asked”did you hang up on me? ” No response, just set the phone down. When I called back all I got was a busy signal all 3 times. Get it together…. I will never come back.how Rude! Poor customer service…. Omg

It was drive through and the food was not hot. Maybe because the car in front of me had 10 kids and 3 adults. It took forever! I usually love the bacon king burger it was off this time.idk

Went thru take out. Fast service. I order a crispy chicken sandwich, it was the best chicken sandwich I ever had from fast food. I will certainly continue to buy it.

I have gotten over my last review, and honestly, this place is 10 times better than it was when I first reviewed. Food's great, staff is super cool and chill. Nice one!

Great burger King, clean, quick service, came in with a large party, manager personally took care of us.
