Crystal was such a friendly upbeat individual. She gets 5 stars but I'm still leaving it as a one star because they had no frozen coke.

I've been so excited for the inside play area to be open! We've been here 3 times since it supposedly open & it's always "we're short staffed & it's closed". Even at 5pm today, other families were playing but we were turned away. What? Makes zero sense. We took our money to mickey dees down the street & played there instead.

Shame on you. Please stop advertising its open when it's always closed!

4th times a charm. Finally got to play in the play area (it wont stop raining outside). Seats are ungodly uncomfortable. Nobody was there yet it was really dirty, we had to clean our seats and the table. I'll improve my rating if our experience improves next time but for now, you get 1 star.

Also, the wallpaper in the play area is what nightmares are made of. It's the same in the Quakertown BK. It's scary & weird in the worst way, lol. Gotta renovate.

Whopper and fries were fine. Chicken wrap smelled a bit funny but I thought maybe I was mistaken. That was my bad because I took a bite and almost vomited. Serving rotten food. Never again!

Great service, hot fresh food. The coke slushies were soooo good. And my kids just love the ball pit! Been coming here for months and it’s always clean and always open for the youngsters to enjoy

This Burger King is clean the food is fresh
and most of all the staff does not try to cheat you by changing prices and pocketing the difference.

We arrived at 12: 45pm and the drive thru was very quick to take our order and the woman at the window that took our money was very pleasant even though we added an item to our order.

Wait was too long, had to leave the drive thru and go somewhere else, never ate there/ so less than one star

Lately there’s been a pile up of cars in the drive thru. Pottstown and more in Pottsgrove!

Listings says the store is open til 12am. Tried to go through the drive through and they said they are closed.

Is 0 stars an option? I went through the Drive-Thru
Monday October 23rd 5: 59 pm. Ordered a few meals got home and noticed my sandwich was completely wrong. I called and spoke to the manager and they told me to come back and they would replace it. This happens. Annoying. But it happens. Any business where there are humans operating it, there is going to be human error and it’s completely understandable. No way around it. Whats not understandable is showing up to have it remade only to be told “no needs to be the same day” very rudely, and to “leave the line” by someone who has been picking their face all day due to there “CRYSTAL”METHODIST addiction. I told the lady that shed have to call the police for me to leave. So she did! I literally asked her to, but to be honest I Cant believe she did lol. I’m sure the reason she was hiding in the back the whole time is due to an active warrant. Needless to say, will not be returning thank you to the Pottstown police who actually got my sandwich remade for me. Didn’t eat it. I’m almost certain she spit in it. Looked like that kinda gal.

This Burger King brings back memories for me. Good people, Great service and lots of memories with the pictures on the walls.

Ordered food on the mobile app, waited for an hour to receive my food, understandable a little while because it was very busy. BUT… after waiting over and hour they gave away my food and even with a recipe from my mobile order they denied me.and then waited another 15 minutes, until they said “no food, no service, if you don’t have a code. ” when i clearly had a code.smh disappointed.i always get food from here at least 2x a month, and this is the first time this happened.

Waited in the drive-through for 20 minutes and Nobody even said i will be right with you. Literally the worst burger king i have ever been to.

Food was cold didn't bother to change it Was only here to bring Granddaughter for indoor playground and lunch she likes chicken fries but they were cold she didn't eat them

I've been going here for years because I like Burger king. But covid and the economy is taking its toll. It's no longer the standard experience, the drive-thru is slow, the tomato sauce for the Italian chicken is so old that it's fermenting. I really want to like this place but it's struggling

The woman at the drive-thru was amazing! So friendly and sweet. The food was hot and fresh tasting

We went thru the drive thru for a quick snack. We ordered the 2/$5 whopper jr's, with cheese and bacon. Nice hot and fresh.
