Burger King, Greencastle PA

Been going here for a good bit now and 9/10 times they are always friendly and warm and if there's a mistake they won't hesitate to fix it. At least with the evening shift they have always been top notch. Keep up the good work

Everything I got through the drive thru was either cold or barely warm. Not the first time this has happened. I will not be going back

The food was made so good. You can't get that at any other fast food place it's always a sloppy mess. They were just whopper jrs but some amazing burgers I had to stop and write this.

Friendly service by staff and food on point. Bathrooms are a bit dirty so need some cleaning otherwise great

By far the best service I’ve ever received at a bk! The lady in the drive thru & I believe she’s a manager (she should be if she’s not & she wants to be)! Wish u had gotten her name but she called me sweetie & she was so incredible! My order was correct, even the sauces & it was hot & fresh! I’m super impressed & definitely going to that bk every time!

Ordered 2 Whopper jr meals. Got 1 Jr meal, and 1 chicken meal. Took it back and they give me the other whopper meal. But the chicken meal was 5.00 more than whopper meal. Didnt get the 5.00 back. Burger was cold.

Stopped in for a quick bite. Place was clean, staff was friendly and service was quick. Only gripe is price but that's every fast food chain these days.

Ordered a regular burger. Got to the car and it was cold. Went back inside asked for one that was hot, they took the burger put it in the microwave and gave me a new wrapper. Got to the car again and opened and there was nothing in the burger. No condiments not what I ordered. Classic chicken sandwich had yellow lettuce on it which was the core part of the lettuce. Was not happy at all with my order. What is the point of going back for them to correct so they can look at you like you did something wrong. When you spend over 22.00 for fast food they could at least get it right. It's not like they were busy

Shirley is hands down one of the main reasons we stop at Burger King in the evenings! My kids always say how kind she is! She is a gem! She always thanks us for coming, is so friendly, always smiling. I have never had this service from an employee at a fast food restaurant! She makes sure we get the correct food and it is fresh too! I also like how nice she is to the other staff working!

Ordered the new chicken mozzarella sandwich and it didn't have enough sauce and had american cheese instead of mozzarella. Was during my lunch break so didn't have time to go back an have it remade

A great place come back when hungry.
They have the king meal burger with 2 patties, beacon and veggies.

We've been here 3 times in the past week and they have yet to get our order correct. Chicken sandwich was supposed to have cheese and bacon and came without all 3 times. Update: tried yet again. Ordered Philly stacker. Came with sauce, no peppers or onions. This location is constantly getting orders wrong.

The breakfast burrito is the bomb diggity, the creamy spicy sauce is just superb. Very kind and friendly.

I love the flame broiled burgers.but this location sucks. Firstly issue was that I pulled into the drive thru and was told that the guy in the window was the only employee and that their system was down. Was told to go somewhere else. Okay, so I felt bad for the guy and hoped his evening got better. Then i came back almost 2 weeks later, ordered 2 whopper meals, but was given Jr. Whoppers. I parked so that I could go in and get the order corrected. I was told that that's what I ordered and that I "wasn't getting free food. " I didn't want free food, I wanted my correct order that was on my receipt that I already paid for. Ended up leaving with said Jr. Whoppers.

Finally last night, I was with my fiance and we stopped at this location. We were ordering food for his sister, as well, so we asked if we could do 2 different orders. The guy flipped on us, letting us know to never try ordering 2 meals in the drive thru because of holding up all the other cars in line waiting.but there were no other cars present when we were there. We explained that we were out there alone and he screamed at us saying, "Well that's extremely unusual but doesn't change the fact that we're normally busy! " He went on to chastise us regarding feeling entitled to waste everyone's time and making his job excruciatingly difficult.

Will not be going back.

Have to always check to make sure that our food is correct. Shirley who works there is fantastic!

My first time their. It was very good. Food not only tasted good but it looked good as well!

I would not recommend. During a lunch rush, the food should have been fresh. Chicken tenders were hard, fries were cold and the drinks had a flat after taste.
