Burger King, Bloomsburg PA

Usually it's been okay but had a serious issue last week with this location. Their app let me online order but when I arrived (at 830 PM) this Burger King was closed randomly (closed over 3 hours earlier than they normally are). There were cones set up blocking the drive-thru and the parking lot + store was dark. So they had time to plan an early closing, but didn't update their app?

How about updating the BK app that you are closed rather than taking our money and time? It was annoying to have to troubleshoot getting a refund and my reward points back. I was relying on that order for my overnight shift meal but I will go to more reliable fast food places next time.

The big guy behind the counter was awesome. Everyone else was NOT happy and were openly complaining about being there. As a business owner, I'd fire everyone on your night shift staff except for the older gentleman. I'd hire him to run the night shift crew.

Great place to eat with my son we Love the food. I'm really tired of the dining room being closed. 7p.m. On a Saturday night and the doors are locked and they throw a sign up saying about " due to staffing the dining room is closed this evening'. Honestly it's a load of B. S. When the dining room is open the atmosphere is great though because my kid likes to eat in at Burger King. There's no reason the dining room should be closed and it happens almost every Saturday. If the staff can service customers through drive thru. Then they can service the customer in the dining area too.

Waited 5 minutes to be acknowledged in drive thru.had to say hello for them to take my order

Quick service, friendly, clean. Food good and also hot. For a fast food restaurant I'm not sure what else you would want. I go here frequently and they also have never messed up my order.

NEVER ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE! I WAS MISSING FOOD AND THEY CHARGED ME FOR IT AND WONT REFUND ME.

Ordered a 2-12 tried paying to add lettuce and tomato was told they could not do it. Even if I paid extra. Added a value burger to the order and was allowed to upcharge for lettuce and tomato. Made my order wrong. Not very nice customer service.

$30.00 worth of food and it sucks the burgers tasted like they were a week old and cold not even hot

This place is so unprofessional, lacks customer service skills, lacks paying attention the customer's orders, and the manager that you have working today April 19th 2023 at 12: 30 p.m. Very unprofessional very rude and highly disrespectful to swear at customer. Where is Burger King I have ever visited. I will no longer see this Burger King take your money elsewhere where it's appreciated. Because at the end of the day the workers failed to realize everybody that goes and pays for their food we're paying their bills and put money in their pocket to feed there family an needs. The district manager needs to look into that store.

Where do I start? Stoped here a few weeks ago got a chicken nugget meal. Ask for bbq sauce. It's on the receipt. Get home no bbq sauce in the bag. Went yesterday. Got a fish sandwich asked for cheese. No cheese.chicken sandwich was supposed to come with cheese. Look on the receipt both sandwiches say cheese on them. Take them back they put 2 slices of Cheese on them (personally if you take food back it should be re made) but gusse that's not there policy. So clearly they need to teach there employees to be able to read the orders better.while eating the manger lady comes puts 2 coupons on my table for a free sandwich for the messed up order. That was very nice how ever the coupons both expired one from 2021 one from 2022. I really think this place needs a makeover of all it's employees. For what is charged for fast food and for what fast food employees get paid. There is no way or reason why or how they mess up this bad. I really believe elementary kids could do better then this

Meat quality has dropped off. Hamburger buns are not the same they fall apart after a couple bites, it seems the supplier decided to go cheaper or the owner is getting buns from different supplier. Not sure if I will return to give them another shot at it.

Terrible service we asked for no tomato's in a whopper got tomatoes no marinara for cheese sticks and we sat and waited forever also asked for extra cheese on 2 whoppers witch cost extra and never got it

Edit: decided to come again and food did turn out good but we heard crashing and cussing from looks like the manager will not raise my rating

Went thru the drive thru and it took forever then we ate in the parking lot and didn't get ff or ketchup not good food was cold

Bought a whopper only mayo & ketchup. Came with extra everything. Paid for an 8 pack mozzarella stick, got 4. If the employees weren't ALL outside smoking when I ordered, perhaps my order would've been correct. 18 bucks spent & only 1 item was correct, thanks for reminding me why I stop going to BK.
