18I go to the 24-hour drive thru, and late night service will be slower, and ofter milkshakes are not available (which passes me off a tad)
The last 5+ time we have ordered none of our orders have been accurate/edible OR in stock. I never recommend this place.

This is the only burgerking around that I'll go to their very nice. They seem to be short staff but they sure make things happen.and I will say Lauren, Tara and Malinda are very welcoming I will continue to come Here! Very pleasant place to stop and eat food was fresh and hot. Thank you for your hard work ladies
Food was fine but service was slow because they were seriously understaffed.
It looked like they had three people working, one taking drive through orders, one picking drive through orders and one guy cooking. And walk-in guests just got to wait.
I was about to leave when the poor girl trying to fill the drive through orders finally came over to help all the people standing in line. I actually dealt bad for her when some people in line started to give attitude, but can you really blame them?
Overall negative experience for what? Just one more person working would have made it so much better, but management has to squeeze out every dime.
Continuously the worst fast food experience. 20+ minute wait times, incorrect food and drinks, never any sauce in the bags. Save the frustration and go to the McDonalds across the street.
They always seem to be short-staffed. One person to take all of the drive-thru orders plus the people waiting inside. Otherwise, good service.
They never put the sauce. It rains the meal. It's all the time. I usually catch it, but my other family members. Never. They always ask. It's just never given. Other then that foods good. If they work on that, then I might up the stars. It's just, give the attention you would want mentality missing.
I ordered online. The guy at the window told me if I ever came back I wasn’t getting any food. This was after I already paid online. I was bullied by the workers at the window. I will be calling corporate today. Inexcusable. I might have to call Morrisville police too.
I took my kids here they were very friendly and super nice. My food was amazing they have so many good deals on the app so it was a lot cheaper to buy me and all the kids food on a budget
The atmosphere is so peaceful there very kind and respectful food was hot and fresh I will definitely return!
Terrible service. I placed a mobile order 5min before pulling into burger king, they made me wait an additional 20min. It was not a large order, and they missed 2 items in the order.
Customer service was horrible. Nothing like walking up to the counter and having the cashier look at you like you fell out of the south end of a north bound dog. I know.it's fast food, but if you don't like your job, quit.
Twice, have called in and paid for an order roughly 20 minutes early so we can pick it up on the way home. We're slow learners-almost as slow as the service. Both times, something was missing from the bag and food was cold. 2nd time, counter person spent 7-10 minutes chatting with a friend while I waited behind him. McDonalds is nearby-we won't bother with BK again.
First time coming through this Burger King. I usually go to a different one but this one was on my way home. I went through the drive thru and ordered my meal and a kids meal. The person taking my order asked if I wanted to add cookies to my order for $1. I agreed and proceeded to pay and then get my order. When I got home there were no cookies in my bags. I really don't understand how you can ask specifically if I want something then add it to my order and it is the top item on the receipt but not put it in the bag. There was no rush as no one else was in line. Just get the order right. Never coming back to this store.
This is in serious trouble u go in these restaurants Burger King this time they have a bunch of young kid's working well u go in and all 10 of them look at you like what u want one's on her phone management please can u tell these youngsters they are suppose to greet the customers promptly not wait until there about to leave want to help so if u don't like waiting on people you should be working at Amazon or something of that sort.
Just ordered food through Uber Eats and it arrived in 5 minutes which would be great if they got my order right. This is the second time that they’ve gotten my order wrong in less than 2 months time. Both times I was missing items too!
