Burger King, St Marys PA

Was short staffed but the 3 took it to the next level and got all taken care of very clean and nice friendly service

The manager on duty, Erin, was welcoming, friendly, and helpful.an absolutely wonderful dining experience!

It’s fast food but the staff is what makes it worth it, they are so understaffed for a fast food restaurant but they really try to keep a smile on their face and provide as quick as possible service! Hint if your not ignorant and there is a problem with your order kindly explain that don’t be a KAREN

Employees were messing around the whole time. Took like 5 minutes just to get service, they messed up my order, and when I went up to tell them they forgot my daughters apple juice they ignored me.

I do not recommend this Burger King at all. I was minding my business and one of the employees started talking to me on a personal level about something. This said something was not appropriate and very disrespectful towards me. I do how ever know that they do consume drugs because I know them. The employee stated some very bad thing I do not want to repeat and I told them i will be going to the corporate manager. I was told nothing could be down due to the fact the cameras do not record sound! I told them it doesn’t matter cause I was there I know what happened. I am awaiting a response back from there cooperation in hopes to get some clarification why they let there employees say what every they’re like and be hostile towards you. I do not go to a restaurant to be accused and or partake in there drama.

We sat in St. Mary’s Burger King drive thru for 10 minutes and no one ever came on the speaker to take our order so we left.

Always enjoy some tasty, flamebroiled goodness. I frequent here and while its not uncommon to get some less than hot items, for the most part its pretty good and pretty fast service

This place is the slowest I’ve ever been at and the people are just standing outside looking at planes

This is by far the nicest and cleanest Burger King I've been in. Stopped for breakfest on our way to Dubois. Food was good and just made. Workers were all friendly. I've eaten here several times because the burgers and fries are always good. This is the first time I've went inside though.

One of the nicest staff that I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Very friendly and courteous. I walk with a cane and have a hard time waking and the great people working there all offered to carry my tray for me. Outstanding service. Very clean store and our food was delicious. Definitely recommend going there.

Stopped during blizzard only couple people working. Did took forever which we were fine with since we were killing time before eye doctor appointment. My chicken sandwich was cold. Very disappointed. Rest of food was ok

This is a good location. I know when they first opened there may have been some issues. For instance, we had problems with cold cheese on sandwiches. It wasn't melted because the food was allowed to cool off that much. They were probably rushing orders or over-prepping. In any case, any issue that I have had at this location in the last year or so has been met with immediate understanding and correction. I am beginning to visit this business more frequently as of late and they are always friendly, courteous, and if there is an issue (ie: maybe an above average wait time) they address it appropriately.

I went through drive thru today. Have never had a problem before. Very nice lady at the window. Talked about my dog, even said how much she likes chicken nuggets. Guess what? Didn't get the nuggets!
So I paid almost 22.00 but only got part of the order. Very sad shih tzu!
