Burger King, Reading PA

Fast service, hot quality product, and exceptional value too, this is what ive come to expect and usually receive when visiting Burger King Restaurants.

Give the mini shakes a try, great taste and an excellent value too.

Awful. Do not go here unless you enjoy horrible service. I sat in drive thru for 30 minutes. No exaggeration. After waiting 5 minutes at the speaker. I said hello. I was rudely told they would get to me. They said they were shorthanded. The people behind me where beeping their horns. Many people just gave up rather than sit in an very long unmoving line. I asked for a receipt so that I could do a survey to let Burger King know how terrible the service was.they said no.

Everything here is cool and as expected but the drive thru is a little like the start on a Rollercoaster its tight and windy and definitely a rim killer

My husband had a double whopper with cheese he said it was delicious. This week I had a whopper Jr with cheese no ketchup very good with a cherry coke.

My burger was cold! My fries were hot and the soda had to much syrup or something. I haven't had a bacon burger from there in a long time, I was like a kiddie burger! Very disappointed!

My opinion better fries than the Scottish fast food place. Flame broiled burgers is a change of pace.

I like Burger King and their Whopper burger sandwiches. This one didn't honor the special price. Was told they were owned by another company. That sucked & l won't go to that place again. Shudda honored the advertised price.l don't care whomowns tye darn franchise!

Terrible service from a manager here. Nothing but attitude when she forgot to give my husband his sandwich. She called him a liar multiple times and even looked in the car to see if he was lying about not having the sandwich. Completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Hopefully she'll see this and changes her attitude towards her customers.

It was better than the McDonald's than I had just been to the only problem I ever had with them was maybe no ketchup on my burger that's all there cleaner than any other fast food place (McDonald's) and I've never found bones in my burger

Food always tastes good but is never got only lukewarm. Most times tables are not cleaned. Staff is friendly however.

Updated: So so. It's burger king. Better than McDonald's but no where close to Chick-fil-a. Food is always warm at the best never hot like it should be.

This Burger King is good (service and friendliness), but the quality of the food is only okay. I opine that the McDonald's french fries are better. However, the burgers do have a nice flame-broiled flavor that I appreciate. I'd say get a Whopper from here and then french fries from McDonald's and you'd be set. Bechego

Fast service, happy employees, and great costumer service. Someone is doing something right here.

Wanted to sit down and eat and dining room was closed before 10: 30 on a saturday night. Went across the street to Arbys instead. Their loss.

This Burger King is at the intersection of US-422 and Gibraltar Road. I was surprised that the parking lot had so many cars on a Sunday evening but crowding didn't seem to be a major problem. Overall, I'd have to say that the food was average for the chain but service wasn't bad at all. They just need to clean up the tables a little bit better.

Food was cold orders were incorrect the kid couldn't make change and it just sucked definitely won't be going there anytime soon

Some of the employees don't seem to like their job and their lack of friendliness makes me less likely to choose this establishment again because if that.

Service was good but these mac and cheetos were the worst.tasted like burnt cheese and some of them had no mac n cheese inside.when i opened the box it made me want too barf. So gross.

Manager wasn't very bright and made our ordering process take a while. Food was ok but experience was not

Food is fine but do not go through the drive-thru during peak hours takes forever the wait is very long definitely not fast food
