I’m very disappointed in the way this store in center city has been dealing with its customers and the long waiting time for the lines to purchase items. This is ridiculous. You have more security staff than actually checkout clerks. Im recommending a permanent shutdown at this location. Marshals closed for no reason. Burlington should be closed permanently in center city for real.

Manager at this location was trash. Line was miles long with 2 70year old cashiers. Manager was too busy talking with a customer to help ring up.

The stench that came from the store was ungodly. I felt for the workers and the customers. They should have closed the store and got to the root of the problem. But I guess corporate greed proceeds the customers' and workers' health.

Used to be a giant, great Burlington. They’ve since closed three of the four entrances, now it doesn’t even connect to the mall and train station that it was built into. Nonsense.

Expect to walk very very far to get into the departments and back out of the store again. DOES NOT CONNECT TO MALL ANYMORE.

Also - THEY DON’T EVEN HAVE FITTING ROOMS AVAILABLE ANYMORE. Don’t go unless you know exactly what you’re getting, don’t plan to browse and try stuff on, that’s no longer a thing. Line to checkout can be painfully long, plan accordingly, especially if you’re catching a train.

It's ok, the toy section need helps lol just kidding. My wife and daughter both found something they like and the prices were very good!

They don't provide change room facilities anymore. So I had to judge what would or won't fit. So I had to do returns the next day.

Loved the selection.hated that security followed me around THE ENTIRE TIME and literally STOPPED EVERYONE AT THE DOOR AND WENT THROUGH MY PURSE. And the woman's purse before me. Ridiculous. Probably won't go here anymore.

Only 2 cashiers when nearly 50 people where in line. Waited 40 min to finally check out 3 items. They gotta do better with employing more cashiers. The worst part is that cashiers don’t stop talking with customers, keeping customers at the cashier more time that needed, doing their jobs slow like a sloppy sloths.

Burlington has great prices and a good selection of clothes. I do wish however they had more customer service reps. The checkout lines are ridulous and the 1st floor registers are rarely open.

Burlington had one style left in jackets that I was needed, just one black jacket.a very helpful associate helped me n my man get this item, nicely priced Columbia jacket. I was pleased not much more did I need that particular day! But was pleased to get that last XL jacket, they always have reasonable priced items.

I can never find plus size clothing to my liking and the lines are outrageous. They need more staff and loss prevention.

Horrible experience.employees were so rude! AND RACIST? ! It really ruined my day and my poor grandmas last day on earth she had to spend it in that horrible environment

Around 8: 46pm; I wanted to go to BCF since I knew it close at 9pm. However, the doors were closed. Once a customer opened the door as they we’re leaving, and I tried to come in the young Loss Prevention guy stated that they were closed, but he saw me trying to open the door. This old short woman stated that they’re closed. I said that the hours stated that it close at 9pm. She said at 8: 45pm. I told them to change the time, so people won’t be thinking that they close at 9am. I was just looking for some sneakers for work. Corporate should know how the store is always short staff; that the upstairs not open just downstairs; corporate should know about the closing hours as well, and how they shut the doors early.

NOT my store. Please be AWARE you can get NO REFUND for shoes once you put them on, EVEN AT HOME.
Bought nice shoes, came home, put them on in a house, walked for 10 min indoors. Shoes didn't fit well. Came back to the store to get a refund, but the manager Mike decided not to do so saying I wore them outside for a few days what had never happen. So they will make up any reason not to give you a refund. My first time in U. S. I'm facing that situation ever

Love this store! They have everything I need and more. Wide variety of clothes, cosmetics, house supplies, shoes, bedding, kitchen ware. Everything!

This location has a fair selection of home goods and toiletries. The problem is the long lines. Outrageous. I’m not sure why the only check out available is in basement. There are registers upstairs but they weren’t available. Maybe more cashiers need to be hired. When I finally got to check out the male cashier was friendly & pleasant so that was good.

Very discriminative place towards people with disabilities, I stopped in about 11: 30 went straight to casual pants sectionfor some dress slacks greeted thee two ladies standing in the section, which i thoght to have been very cordial into directing wher slacks were at, in with about 3mins of searching through I notice the ladies had disappeared to inquire A fitting questions which I don't shop for my clothes my wife of 26yr does, this particular day was loking for pants cuz my grandmother had passed settling a casual look, I accumulated about five pairs of pants & when I found 1 of the 2 employee was working the floor she claimed dressing room was closed because the one who runs it have not came in YET! After spending 15-20 mins gathering I wanted to try on so I asked when will they be in the employee told me an hour she was very cordial, so told her I'll come back within the hr, I proceeded to hide the pants so nobody would buy them or move, then proceeded leaving walking out store rambling to myself trying to comprehend what just happened, didn't mind I'm a very patient person I paved way to the gallery game room which I haven't been there since the remodel played some pool for an hour & 5 minutes then proceeded back to Burlington Coat Factory hoping to purchase pants hopefully to try them on, May I mention I walks with a limp & was abit dressed in sum ragley sweatpants house wear name branded clothin (PoloDown), as I had mentioned above reason I stopped in such aplace! Apond return I since the environment felt very judgmental when I came back, I asked the young at the front door has the dressing room worker come in yet? She said no, she very nice at 1st then I sensed a shift in her demeanor as they where communicating to her though the walkie talkies, I proceeded to where I hid the pants, which one of the two previous ladies from the beginning was there I went grabbed pants where I had put them I turned around the lady was gone so I went searching for found her asked her when will the one that runs the dressing room be coming in she said I don't know very nasty but I didn't notice how nasty she said it then proceeded to try to push her into watching over me why I tried on 1pair at a time I just want to make sure they fit before I purchase them she got very hysterical very nasty started talking about my attitude saying I'm ignorant did I not hear her the first time (exactly in them words) I replied I'm just asking you a simple question maam to make a purchase & leave she got very nasty calling somebody on the walkie-talkie named Mike, I then said If you don't want to work you shouldn't come to work I'm just asking you simple questions from a customer's perspective I don't work here all the walking incicles screaming outloud is unnecessary I then said yes where is Mike at is that the manager, I then proceeded to the front with the four pair of pants bumped into Mike which was same guy passing when i 1st cam in he asked what's the problem I said the lady in the back claiming that the dressing room is closed he says no it is not it's open we then proceeded there with his officer towards the dressing rooms, which the young lady there was very cordial & professional apond greeting aswell, then proceeded to the cashier to pay for items which she was also very professional & polite, then proceeded to leave greeted by a different guard then comin in at door apond my exit tried to have sum kind of a stare down then have a good day which I greeted him with (his reply was a Mumble you too) I felt this was a very judgmental place which I wear abody cam due to seizures wher ever I go for it records I may have1, for this whole event after viewing the recording is why I say very judgmental place they was following me around watching me from afar the whole time which I didn't notice before veiwed After contacting & speakin w Mike said he would speak w the woman which I don't wish to release her name nor video for I would like giv him chance to speak with her, Everyone has bad days 4 i will be stopin back 2 make sure no1 else experiences such again

I just talked to a female supervisor this morning.
Very rude.
I really don't like the stores security team.
I worked in retail for years you are not supposed to know security is even present.
You can look and see who exactly is security that's not good.
They stand basically on the side of you.
That does not make a shopper's experience fun when 2 and 3 security guards are roaming around you.
Store looks sloppy and staff talks about there personal livesout loud.
I was a loyal shopper I have been shopping at this store since it was down the street where primark is currently located.
This store needs to do better.

I went looking for something specific (decorative pillows) but did not find any of my liking), and they rearranged the store, where as now there is a designated HOME area.
They have a lot to choose from for Christmas,
