Plus Nicole was very helpful in customer service. Had some issues with USPS but thankfully the carrier situation was fixed

I’ve been buying vitamins and things at Burmans’s for a long time. I work two jobs and I need all the energy I can get so that’s the place for me they are friendly and very knowledgeable people.

They were very rude when we came in asking for l-lysine product. They dont even know how to deal with deaf people, so one of them fat guy said “come back when you are ready”, as in saying to us “get out of here”. They need an attitude adjustment and to be more awareness of deaf and the hard of hearing people.

The staff is knowledgeable. There have been times where the store was still opened after hours to make sure customers got all of the information needed. The prices are high, compared to online shops, but if you need something immediately, it's there.
