Horrible customer service.
Every month there is another excuse for not providing my wound care supplies. Many times I've had to purchase supplies on Amazon to fill n the gaps caused by a confusing array of lost faxes, changing "rules", orders which were shorted, etc.
This company seems to have no regard for the fact that real people with chronic medical problems rely on them for necessary supplies. My rating from 1 to 5 is a 0.

We’re poor service. We never get supplies on time for visiting nurse to properly dress my wound. Try to change what doctor ordered.
