Burning Bridge Tavern reviews
16Ok so here's the thing - you need to know how where you fall on the scale of flavors before you get here. If you think black pepper is spicy, this isn't your place but if you enjoy a balance of flavors in a comfortable atmosphere, you're going to love it. The server summed what we got up perfectly as "spice but not spicy". The hot honey garlic sauce is very well balanced. We both loved the firecracker sauce. The brisket was tender and moist without just falling apart or being fatty. Really really solid choices all around. We'll be back.
I have a severe peanut and tree nut allergy. My fiancé called and the kitchen told him over the phone that I would be safe to eat there. We waited until 1 pm to eat. Upon arriving to the restaurant there was a sign on their door that food could contain peanut shells, dust, etc. We were very disappointed but I was glad I saw the sign. Overall, very unprofessional and whoever we spoke to clearly did not care about food allergies.
Food is amazing (especially the bbq and wings) and the service is incredible. The staff is very friendly and on top of everything. They work so hard to keep it moving smoothly especially during live music nights when it gets very crowded. Would definitely recommend!
Went for lunch on a Saturday. First time going here. The food was delicious! The prices were excellent! Will definitely go back. Told a couple of my friends to try it out!
I was here for a wedding reception. Wow, what a great facility you have. The room is large and easy access to parking across the street. Great location near the Susquehanna River. Beautiful views a block away. The pulled pork and chicken were tasty. Macaroni and cheese can always use a bit more cheezyness for moisture in this type of setting, but overall, it was good. Pasta salad was good and had the right amount of dressing. Not swimming in dressing.
The bar tender was helpful, and the staff let us in the night before to drop off all the table decorations. Very nice staff.
The area is lucky to have this great venue.
If you're there it's good. But I've made the drive a couple of times just for it to be closed a couple of hours before their online hours say they close. Definitely need to update their hours or stick to them.
Best experience for entertainment, beer and food! Just a joy every time we go. Always great live entertainment, and everyone is always friendly
The bartender was great. The drinks were really good. Nonetheless, the FOOD was TERRIBLE. ESPECIALLY for the the PRICE $$$. The French fries were so over done, it reminded me of a bad batch of McDonald’s fries. The burgers were good honestly. Their chicken was dry (tacos). Idk if I came on a bad day or what but this place needs a re-vamp or new chefs.
Fun little restaurant/ bar good live music, service is great and happy to be there! Check it out, if your in the area!
The best Old Fasioned cocktail by which all others pale in comparison!
Pretty great lunch and dinner options too. Nice environment and friendly staff.
Burning bridge is always a go to spot for a good time with friends. Great music, phenomenal food, relaxing atmosphere, and awesome bartenders!
The food was very good and reasonbly priced as well, our server we had was very friendly! We enjoyed the live music too, we were there to see Nathan Merovich Friday night, we're big fans of him lol! Definitely recommend this place!
I made a poor choice of the haddock. Wanted chicken bbq but they were out. Haddock was hard and very fried. Nothing on it not lettuce or onion and on a tasteless Hamburg bun. Husband had pork bbq on same small bun. Everything is an up charge. Wait staff ignored us.
Food outstanding, servers kind and observant. Kitchen a bit slow, but worth the wait! Watermelon crush phenomenal!
Food was good. They have different nights with different specials and different live music. It was acoustic night when we went and burger night. I had the three meat platter and tried the pulled chicken, pulled pork, and the pit beef. Everything was good, especially the chicken. The only complaint I have is they give you a little thing of bbq sauce for all of that meat and charged me when I asked for more. It should just be on the table for me to use if you want to serve that type of food
