Messed up my sister's title transfer by recording the wrong odometer reading. When trying to get assistance to remedy this error (as required by PennDOT), was of absolutely no help and even worse was incredibly rude. Attempted to tell us what PennDOT needed when we were AT PennDOT being told the exact opposite. Drive a bit farther to find a notary somewhere else and save yourself the hassle of dealing with this business.
