Bursar's Office reviews
10Autobot is that the person at Bursar or the automated system i cant tell the difference. The unfortunate part that this is a microcosm of our society, NOONE CARES about anything. Follow the script
Literally so rude and aggressive. Y'all need to get it together, it's not hard to be decent to people.it's almost as if it's the job you signed up and are getting paid.oh wait!
My experience here was not great. The staff would tell you information that didn’t make any sense then when you would ask a question about it they were extremely rude, and had major attitude like we were bothering them.
This office is a mess. They are disorganized and their employees are rude and disrespectful. Even when you are trying to give them money they continue to give unwarranted attitude. I have been attending temple for four years now and nothing has changed with them. It’s so embarrassing how this school handles issues so poorly.
I'm the parent of a student at Temple and I've always found the staff in the Bursar's office to be very helpful and professional with questions that relate to their office.
Not a good system and also was sent all over the place. I had a balance and I asked for a payment plan and was told you dont need one. I made a small payment and then got a late payment cause I didnt pay the entire balance. This university is just going downhill in every aspect. What a shame
Everyone is so rude and talks to you like you’re stupid.the staff doesn’t give any useful information and any info given is extremely vague and essentially useless.
I had to spend near 4 hours waiting at the bursar office for a answer to my question just to get turned down but instead I fought that and waited another 2 hours till they finally said yes after 2 other students came for the same thing. Crazy how much we have to go through just to get something done
Let me just preface by saying if you’re calling this office, you need to be on your ps and qs about what you’re asking because a lot of the workers are not helpful at all. Being a freshmen and a new age college student, they don’t really care for the fact that you might not know how all of this works. There actually really rude, so I suggest being very direct and straight to point so you don’t have a bad day. Not everyone is rude, but many of the people I’ve spoken to, unfortunately are. Financial aid should definitely be you’re first look for help.
Their automated voicemail is terrible and sends you to every office other than the one that you needs. So confusing and just when you think you have the right department that seems to be the one to handle you issue they say sorry you need the other department instead of just helping you. Nothing is more frustrating that a major university who can’t offer simple financial aid services through the phone
