Bustleton Bikes, Philadelphia PA

Been going to Bustleton for years now. I’ve purchased 2 bikes and have had several repairs and maintenance done. Every experience has been a positive one and I have nothing but gratitude and thanks to give. They have helped me quite a bit along my journey to becoming a serious cyclist and I’m truly grateful. My latest purchase is a sweet Marlin 7 with a few customizations and I am more than pleased with not just the purchase, but the whole process. The owner, Mike, has really helped me with getting the right bike for my needs, and as a result, this new purchase has significantly improved my performance on the trails. If you’re looking for a down to earth bike shop who has your back, I highly recommend you check out these guys. 10/10

I’ve been coming here for about 15 years. I’ve not had a bad experience yet! Safety is important to them. The staff is always ready to help and are willing to accommodate all possible requests, even challenging ones.

This is my local bike shop. I’ve been coming here for a few years now. I bought my trek bike two years ago and bring it yearly for check up. Sunday my bike pump wouldn’t work and I stoped last minute and they graciously pumped air in my bike. No questions asked. Always my first option for bike gear and tune ups!

Jordan and Carl are the effn best. Please give them a raise. They was patient and was willing to make it happen for my children. Thank you a forever customer!

This place is a 5️ gem. Karl was so gracious with his time to make sure my son got the best bike for his needs. He even installedall the accessories we bought. A+ customer service.

Friendly doing business with. They repaired my rear tire on an E-bike which seems to be something many other bike shops won't do.

The woman there is far to busy for civilians. That's what I was told. I left my bike there to be built. Was assured by staff my bike would be finished in a few days. Waited four days just to be told it may explode if they build it. They are very sorry for the inconvenience. I cannot appreciate such lousy service for $120+ estimates for a single bike.

My friend and I brought in her daughter's little bike because the tires were not inflating with our pump. We were greeted kindly by Mike the owner, who took the bike and was able to fill up the tires at no charge. We then discussed different types of bikes for ourselves he took our name and number and is also lookout for these bikes. If you have any bike issues stop by and ask for Mike, he'll hook you up.
