My son has been seeing Dr. Salzberg for about 6 months now and I can’t say enough good things about him. He goes above and beyond to make sure visits go smooth and easy with my son as he has autism and doesn’t do well at any doctor appointments. He was very up front and honest from the beginning & listens to all concerns. I highly recommend!

I had the worst experience ever at this office. After I was bombarded with a bunch of different drug tests, I finally went back to meet my psychiatrist. He never even said hi or made eye contact me and all the time seemed like he was annoyed that I was there. He asked his questions and then when he was done he looked at me for one of the first times and said and what do you think we can do for you. It was sarcastic it wasn't sincere and I just wanted to break down the tears and run. It's hard enough to go somewhere and ask for help to be treated like this on top of it is even worse.

I had a great experience with this office. It seems like they take care of the whole person rather than just treating my bipolar disorder. Was very satisfied and after taking advice from the Doc I have already lost almost 10 lbs and am bettering my health greatly. They also accept state insurance making it easy to get an appointment and get treatment!

I would give negative stars if I could. I showed up for a psychiatry appointment with no one else in the waiting room. I waited for half an hour before asking how much longer. I was told he was with another patient (okay thats understandable) but they took me back to wait by his office. There was no other patient in there with him. So that was lie number one. Then as I am waiting for him to call me in, another patient who showed up after I did walked right by me and into the Psychiatrists office. The receptionist was with him and said nothing to me. I waited another 15 minutes while the other person was in the office before walking out. They called me to ask why I left and when I explained that there was no reason for someone just walking in right past me, they said it was because he just had a few questions and my appointment takes longer. Yeah well if you had taken me back at my appointment time I would have been done by the time this guy got there. Let's not talk about the fact that they have stacks of what appear to be patient files sitting out in the hallway, or that people walk into the room when you are mid appointment without even knocking. These people should not be running a practice at all. Horrible horrible experience.

On the first visit the psychologist told my daughter with OCD that she needs to be concerned for her health and he listed potential deseases including cancers that are linked to a condition she has. Then he told her that she experienced much more trauma and difficulties than most of his patients.
I ask the purpose of these comments! She left with way more anxiety and new obcessions. Does this man have any idea how to treat patients? It wasn't exposure therapy. She has had that and they prepare you with a scale and system for monitoring your amxiety with exposure therapy. This was just NOT a therapist. We also waited.during COVID19. NO OTHER PATIENTS.for over an hour. This place has no idea what they are doing.

I have been attending Bustleton Mental Health Institute for the past decade and I’m very satisfied with the quality of service. The front desk personal are highly professional, polite, and always treat me with respect. I always feel welcomed, cared for, and treated as a valued client. Although I have had exposure to numerous professionals who were instrumental in my recovery, I believe Anna
Axelrod (Psychotherapist) is one of the most gifted individuals in the field that I have encountered. She has the ability to form a deeper connection with clients while applying effective methodology for natural gradual recovery. Anna Axelrod continuously exceeds my expectations and inspires me to make tremendous strides in my growth. In the past 16 years, I have never encountered a more effective professional and I am eternally grateful to her. Ultimately, I believe that Dr. Felix, the management, and staff, are all remarkable individuals who strive to make a difference in the lives of others. I am very grateful to you all.

Tanya is rude all they want is your copay. Dr Felix just wants to over medicate people and get them on SSI. Now they want you to see their psychologist every 3 months even if you have your own. It's all about the copay and good day.

Medical Marijuana Doc FAKE. I took the time and effort answered over 100 emotional questions all to finally see Doctor Salzberg and he was closed minded to medical marijuana even tho he is an Approved doctor on the List.smh FALSE ADVERTISEMENT he is.and he wrote down my blood pressure after touching my pulse for 4secs that's not how you check blood pressure. Hes such a FRAUD. Just a man doing a job with no real Passion for people.he couldn't help me. It sucks.
