Busy Beaver of New Castle

Great store. Reminds me of the old Rickels we had in Jersey many moons ago. One stop hardware, lumber and more store. Slim pickins in the paint dept. But found what I needed.

I like this store. It has many options that the other big box stores don't. Their selections of nut and bolt hardware is pretty good too. Their location also serves the immediate area well without having to drive clear up to Union twp for small items.

Great deal on mulch which is pretty much a constant throughout the season. Annuals and Veggie plants are on sale right now 4/$7, which isn't bad at all compared to Lowe's. Every now and then potting soil goes on sale as well for dirt cheap - literally.

Excellent help, very friendly place with prices equal or better than the big orange and blue stores.

This is a very well managed store. They are good at keeping items in stock. Plus they have friendly staff and manager willing to help you find what you need!

This store and workers are the bomb a lady helped me 4 weeks ago in plumbing if it wasn't for her wits I would of walked out with the wrong stuff, saved me time and money.shoukd have more workers like her and a man who works there also very helpful ppl.good attitudes.made me feel welcome.like a friend.god I love that place

Always a pleasant experience, very clean and organized store. You are usually greeted when entering, shop at this location because it's so close to home

The wait in line with one register was slow and they should of had extra help otherwise the store is clean nice’a!

Excellent service at this store. Chris ordered our custom screen door after being passed to them from Ellwood City store. Pete was very helpful with finding other items we needed and girls at the check out where very nice.

Bait and switch, nice railroad ties in front of the store that they advertise but won't sell you them have to take the ones that are falling apart at the back of the store.

Just walked in the store yesterday 3/17/21. All old people doing their shopping, and only 1 of the 6 workers were wearing their masks. 1 young gentleman had his on the whole time, but all other employees including the girl who checked me out didn’t even try to act like they were trying.

Busy Beaver price matches. Before you try, make sure you are matching the SAME product name.
Could of got bagged corn at Agway $2.00 cheaper but being from the township I figured BB would price match. Noooooo, although it was 40 # bags but a different brand I had to pay their price or go to Agway.

This store always has friendly and courteous staff. We always enjoy shopping here. One thing, their wonderful candle selection needs to be restocked for fall!

Good but need to dust the stuff OMG I got plastic roll and got my hand both hands dirty wow need dust stuff off place good stuff in store good but not much have need little bit more improvemnt

Would give better score if they have more people that no what they are doing at the cash register
