Butler County Assistance Office

The case worker I met was extremely rude! He didn’t help me with anything. I had to call and figure stuff out myself and wasted time sitting with him I seriously sat down for this man to criticize me and not help me. People like him should not be in this line of work. I seriously had to come home and sit on phone calls to make things happen myself even the people on the calls said what this case worker was doing was not right. Of course I’ll report this and nothing will be done. Myself or anyone who has to rely on help needs to be treated the way I was! We are trying to survive! Guy at the front desk earned one star. He’s was at least pleasant and helpful.

The women i spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude.tried to tell me I make too much to get food assistance when I don’t.then when i asked her a question she responded with “thanks for your time bye”. Wouldn’t even give me the time of day.so incredibly rude, inappropriate, and had zero compassion or care at all.tried telling me i make too much money even with bills when i only have like $20 left over after paying all my bills but it’s clear to see they don’t give a single care in the world to those of us struggling.
